After having microdiscectomy back surgery two months ago, Tracy C from TEHC Healthcare provided me with physical therapy twice a week for several weeks. She was very professional and friendly in her demeanor; moreover, she provided lots of critical information to assist me with my recovery. For example, she provided ideas for making it easier to get in and out of bed (by installing a simple grab bar that secured under the mattress), and sitting comfortably in bed (by recommending a wedge pillow that made it easy to stack bed pillows on a slope). She also provided clear and concrete direction on how to make safe movements, and which movements to carefully avoid to facilitate recovery. The then provided guidance on a series of progressive exercises that preserved the integrity of my back surgery while improving muscle tone and balance. She was always patient with this process, and provided clear corrections when I wasn't doing the exercises correctly. Most importantly, she discovered pitting edema over my tailbone that suggested infection from the surgery incision. After alerting the doctor to this, I was prescribed Bactrin. On a later visit, she noticed I had developed small bumps across my back, and had a slight cough. She said these are symptoms of an allergic reaction to the antibiotic, and directed us to call the doctor immediately. Since I had never had an allergy to anything, this idea would never have crossed my mind. As soon as I changed antibiotics, the allergic reaction abated. In sum, Tracy is a very well-experienced, professional, friendly, and helpful physical therapist. She assisted me in countless ways during my recovery, and helped me avoid a potentially serious allergic reaction to an antibiotic. She has my highest recommendation!

I am so fortunate to have had Robert as my physical therapist. He exceeds in every way. He takes his job seriously and explains as well why it’s so important to my recovery. This is my second time needed at home health and I highly recommend him! Outstanding job!!!

Robert was my physical therapist after my second total knee replacement. He was able to get exceptional results with my flexion using his techniques and his personality. Robert Fuentes was my physical therapist and I got the lottery winner here with him. My wife was a nurse for 45 years and she felt he was the total package. He was not only knowledgeable and skilled he was a great educator and teacher in regards to explaining me the how and why to do movements and therapies. He also had a great bedside manner. Dr Hynes ordered this Homecare company for my post op care. There was a mixup at first and another Homecare company jumped in ahead. Their care was terrible. Nobody showed up except once. My dressing went a week without care. I’m a Homecare nurse myself and if I was allowed to twist and bend over, I’d do my own care but I had extensive back surgery and I’m not allowed to bend,twist or lift. TeHc showed up the very next day after my surgeon heard what happened. Brenna is my nurse and she’s wonderful. Professional from the git go. Now, I’m in good hands. All is good.

Needed PT following knee replacement RN came to sign me up next PT came for evaluation not treatment. Therapist did not come on Saturday or Sunday no call or service on Monday either calls to office gave no answer I called doctors office and they were very unhappy so I will do outpatient therapy under doctors orders and I let this company go their apologies did not help my knee at all.
