Great service, both our server and our host were hands down on their game. Top notch folks. The food was amazing. Great flavor, juicy burgers, the fries where savory. If this is seen by the management, Destanee deserves some recognition as well as the fellow hosting.

First time eating at this restaurant and it was pretty good. We waited about 15 minutes for our food to come out so not too bad since everything tasted fresh. The lemonade was absolutely delicious and the bison chili on my burger was super good as well. We'll definitely come again to try the bison nachos and strawberry shortcake, we were too full to get anything extra.

This place has fallen.. meh service, the bison burger had gruyere cheese and gor some reason they smother it with blue cheese as well, with a handfull of burnt fries. The ranch dressing has blue cheese in it, the bison nachos are greesy on top of overcooked chips, salmon dish came with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and the burgers that come with ciabatta bread are minescule in comparison to the bread.. the Pickles and the beer were the best parts of the trip.. definitely won't be back...

Stopped in with kids for an early dinner. The service was fantastic. I had the mushroom bison burger with fries cooked medium and it was perfect. Kids had a meatloaf and salmon. Both cleaned their plates. Love this place and will definitely be back.

Service last night 1/27/24 was fantastic, Destinee was was excellent and so very nice. Both steaks at my table were cooked to perfection and flavor was on point. Mashed potatoes on the other hand were so bland, dry and covered in way too much gravy. I had two bites and didn’t even finish them. 9/10 with over all visit last night.

Decent visit but plagued with little details. Staff is clearly rookie or unprofessional. All staff seemed hurried and frantic. No one to greet us at the door, waited several minutes to be acknowledged, and several more to be seated. Several people in line behind saw the situation and just left. Service was slow, and staff seemed stressed and untrained, but apologetic. The server that initially greeted us was different from the one that handled us throughout the meal. The transition was not smooth. However, be it seafood or steak, the food was great. No complaints there. Between my wife and I, we have over 20 years of restaurant experience. It was obvious the staff was in the weeds and fumbled the ball with several interactions. The man's drink delivered several minutes before the lady's. Bartender clearly overwhelmed. No mention of special entrées besides dessert. Dessert menu lacking, btw. At no point did a manager do a table check. Maybe I was expecting too much? I guarantee Ted would be pissed if his experience at a restaurant bearing his name was like mine.

Great food, great service (Thanks Demarco) and friendly staff. Had an awesome lunch. Ted’s is consistently good. 👍🏼

Service was wonderful. Willing to accommodate a party of 9, 30 minutes before closing, was much appreciated. Drinks were delicious, highly recommend the lemon drop! Pickles served in bowls at the table prior to food was awesome, reminded me of my favorite deli. Onion rings were the best I’ve ever had. Food was good. Ordered my bison burger medium, came over cooked but was still juicy.
