Hard to beat a classic that’s done right. This place is very welcoming and they definitely have their formula down pat! All the classics that remind me of home and good quality ingredients. Basic stuff- hamburgers and hotdogs. We also had the fish plate and it was fantastic. Tartar sauce was delicious too. We ordered a ton of food and it was all very reasonable and satisfying. I would recomm this gem of a spot to anybody. This place is great!

Ted’s is soooooo good! They use really good ingredients and everything is cooked over an open charcoal flame. The taste is absolutely amazing. We have tried their hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries, onion rings, and fried pickles. It’s all very tasty. They cook everything to order, right in front of you and it just can’t be beat. We drive over an hour to come here and the food never disappoints. We usually get hamburgers and “The Split”, which is half onion rings and half French fries. The service here is always so good. They recognize us when we come in. Couldn’t ask for better service. The store is always super clean. It does get REALLY busy soon after it opens and stays busy for a few hours. You might have to stand in a long line, but it’s WORTH it. If you want to beat the lines then come right as soon as they open at 10 am. After you eat here go across the street to Joe’s for an Italian ice dessert. Perfect combination!

I just move here for 1 month and my boss recommended me that I can’t miss this place. Today I ordered everything that the most spiciest in their menu which I got Italian sausage + jalapeño + tomatoes + extra hot mustard. Even that, still not reach any my spicy level but so tasty as my boss said. The split taste good without any dipping which I love it. Love to look when they are grill each sausage and see fire is burning and move to next station for toppings then pay for your order. Because it was my first time. Ofc, I was being dork around and I love staffs who bear with my dorking order style and full of excitement. Love the vibe of this restaurant. Vintage, so clean because staffs keep cleaning all the time which is great , many seats for dine-in and since I came in until now. Nonstop customers. Cheers to owner and all staffs for their hard work to serve such a tasty meal for me and customers. Really appreciate it. Definitely visit again to try another menu for sure :)

Great hot dogs and customer service. They offer a variety of toppings and add-ons. They should steam the buns, though.

Flavors excellent, price not excellent does it make up for it each there own I guess. I love the snappiness of the dog . A little above average on the size could be bigger. The flavors are wonderful coming off the grills. Fry’s are thin cut and onion rings are also thin cut. Average. I always enjoy my fries with added pepper and dash of salt and wash it down with a Coke Zero. Very tasty. Lunch times can be busy.

If you love a good Chicago dog, come try a GREAT “white hot” from Buffalo, NY. You will not be disappointed. I like mine with mustard, kraut, and caramelized onions. The loganberry shake is also an upstate favorite which goes great with charcoal grilled dogs and burgers. Today I had a foot long with chili and cheese, mi amigo had a white hot, and we split some fries.

This place is my home away from home. Being from western New York, I grew up on Ted's hot dogs. They are incredible. My kids live watching the person cook their food on a charcoal grill. The onion rings are fresh and so good, and if you haven't tried Loganberry yet, you have to. It's the best drink! If you are ever in Tempe, you have to try it. Unlike another sandwich place, the foot long hot dog is actually a foot long and delicious.

Now this is a place I would go back to time and time again! It feels like I am at a cookout and the food is so fresh. It is a little hard to order though since you have to shout over the glass to the cooks. I got a classic hotdog with the half onion rings and half fries. The rings were great, no slipping out and they were thin and crispy, the fries were okay nothing too crazy. The hotdog was great perfectly cooked and the toppings were fresh. They have lost of sides and sauces as well as lots of other menu items for everyone!
