I had a great experience getting my iPhone screen fixed here. The service was quick and professional, and the staff Nahid was very knowledgeable and friendly. My phone looks as good as new, and the pricing was reasonable compared to other places. Definitely recommend this spot for any phone repairs!

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. After paying $140 to have my iPad screen replaced, I could already tell I wasn’t happy. My screen feels like cheap plastic and is extremely laggy. Then I go to pick it up and he tells me that he has to replace my home button too, which was working completely find and my Touch ID worked no problem, saying once he opened it up he noticed it wasn’t working, but it was when I brought it to him, so I pay the $140 and take it home only to figure out that whatever he did internally, is now causing my tablet not to connect to the WiFi. I know they don’t do refunds but I genuinely feel like I got screwed out of my money. Just to have to send my tablet off and pay even more due to his negligence.

We were not satisfied with the repair carried out. our team, a screen replacement was requested and the installed one was a disaster, some failures that distort the image and colors, they justify that it is normal! They don't work, I don't recommend them 👎

Man my phone wasn't working right because a broken screen..took it to 1 place that said they can't help. Me cause of the type of phone (OnePlus Nord) so I tried TECHY inside Walmart..Nahid was working at the time..he looked and said yea I can fix it for you..without a problem..in just 30 mins he had my phone fixed..very pleasant and friendly..Nahid saved my phone! Thanks for your awesome job Nahid! I will DEFINITELY be using their service again! Highly recommend

The best repair shop I have ever found in mount Dora. They do their job perfectly in a very short time. I got fixed my iPhone 14 within just 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Cheers .

I had my tablet battery replaced here awhile back and it was by far the most affordable option. Other places wanted to charge for 'diagnostics' even though I knew what the issue was. Techy did NOT charge me to diagnose the problem and the battery replacement was less than half what other places wanted. Plus I get a lifetime warranty on the battery. More recently, My daughter's phone screen stopped responding. I took it in and was told she would need a new screen. Initially I was told it would be about 5 days to get the new screen in but after a few weeks I hadn't heard anything. By that time, the phone had completely died (couldn't turn it off with the screen not working) and I tried turning it on just because. It came right on and wprked perfectly. When I went to Techy to request a refund for the repair (since I never actually had it repaired) the technician named Seth and his supervisor agreed to refund the cost to me. The charge to my card was reversed within a few days. Honestly, I expected a bit of pushback since they had to order the part but I had no problem at all.

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Dropped cell and screen shattered, unable to use phone. Phone was repaired within 30 minutes.

Wasted my whole day with this place. Dropped off my phone around 10am, was told I would get a call by 2-3pm if it was fixable because the technician would come get it. Went back at 4 pm because I didn't receive a call at all and was told "actually he will be here at night and you can get a call tomorrow". Couldn't even call to tell me things changed, definitely wouldn't trust them to call me by tomorrow. Took my phone to Techy in tavares (different owners) and they were able to order parts on the spot and get it to me by 10am the next day.
