I am a program director at American Institute. I order from Tech source about once a month. Their customer service is excellent and they are very friendly. personally I got tools from you guys through my school so I'll give you guys four stars cuz from my understanding using that order form you could ask for brand stuff like that and give like specific details to what you needed for which program my school even lie to me and say you guys don't carry Milwaukee so I basically had a rebuy my school tools cuz I wasn't a fan of what they picked so I ended up rebuying all my tools for school because I didn't like the ones that we had
I previously worked with Bob and his team while employed at a school that HVAC and Electrical programs. At the time, his customer service was exceptional and Bob even served on our school's program advisory board. I left that school to join another and we have just started an Electrical program and have the good fortune to again work with Techsource.
