I went in the other day with a cracked screen and they were so helpful and cool to deal with. They took care of me within an hour fixed the phone and also cleaned out the charge port on my phone as it was not always charging. Great staff great place I highly recommend them!

We just got the worst service ever. My mom had to wait for more than 2 weeks for her smartwatch, and today, a really rude guy gave the device back disassembled. His attitude with my mom was the worst. I spoke to him on the phone, and he didn't even let me speak. He said he was going to glue the watch. He said he didn't work there, lots of excuses for a terrible experience, worst customer service ever, and I do not recommend anyone to bring their devices here.

What a great experience! Eli and Zac were so professional and helpful! Their prices were so much lower than other places. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a phone screen replaced.

Hopping to not get ripped off, gave deposit,left phone, then got ghosted , have talked to Zach,but no communication, from owner something not right!!? Be careful doing business with this company. Edit 7/4/24 Went from 1 to 4 stars. Still a bit annoyed from prior experience, but I did finally get everything straightened out due to misunderstandings. Zach a good worker and would recommend him for your issues. Thanks!

Zachary is so professional and helpful, he explained everything I needed to know in detail and was very patient with me. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident about my phone repair.

I needed a glass repair, I had the glass, bought it myself, but the guy at the counter didn't want to change it, probably too difficult for them, he wanted to change the whole screen. I took it to another place and they charged half of what this place wanted to charge me, two stars because the place is LGBTQ friendly
