The company I just started working for uses Mike for any of their IT needs. He recently was called in to install the new "Mini Computer" for me and WOW. The speed of the "Mini Computer" he installed BEATS any previous computer I've had. I work in what could be a fast paced environment so the fact that I don't have to worry about long wait times to load a program, no more worrying about my screen getting timed out due to my computer being overworked, it's been overall a 100/10 experience. Mike is such a personable person to work with, he's knowledgeable, understanding and will address ANY issue you may have before he leaves making sure everything is running accordingly and you are happy. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.
Our company, Legacy Stairs & Millwork, Inc., was experiencing several computer issues. We knew we needed to address the situation in order to operate more efficiently. Mike Grossman of Tech Promise was recommended to us from another small business owner. When I contacted Mike he immediately jumped on virtually to take care of one of the immediate issues I was having. After that we had Mike come in to access our computer system and work up an estimate for the upgrades that were needed. The rest his history. I was lucky to find TechPromise in Wall, NJ when I did a Google search for computer repair. My first issue was with my Dell computer & Mike logged into my tower then did something that made everything work again. Next was an external hard drive that I lost everything on. Mike tried but was unable to restore the data. He referred me to a company in CA that was able to recover 100% of my files. Yes! Finally, he suggested upgrading the drive in my Dell which now makes my computer zip along speeding in the fast lane! Thank you Mike for your help & patience. A well deserved 5* rating and a very high recommendation.
What service !!! Mike was so professional. He listened and knew exactly what I needed to get my business back up and running. He came to take my comp within an hr of calling!!! The Job he did was seamless and in the end he was honest and stayed and made sure everything was up and running and exactly the way it was prior. That was key for me . Mike answered the phone and waited for me to get to his shop even though he was closed. He was able to lend me a laptop for work the next day and by mid afternoon my laptop was upgraded and working great. Wow, these guys are great. I was told by others I would need a new computer. Mike was able to upgrade my hard drive to a solid state version AND upgrade it to Windows 10. It's faster AND better than when I got it 5 years ago! I highly recommend Mike & his team. Thanks!

Really clean and fun place for adults and kids. My boys played the VR headset games and tried some games that we don't have on the oculus at home. My daughter and I did the racing simulation and it was amazing. We also played console games there.
