So quick to respond to my review and yet now 20 days since sending you my phone and I’ve yet to receive any money from you? You should really think before you type a customer an email with all caps and making a false statement. My phone was sent to you in the original box with all accessories with it. The charger still was wrapped in original plastic. You can say whatever you want but I know the truth and what I sent you. Just send me my giant $26 and let me be done with such a horrible company. I’ll keep going with reviews on every website I find until I get my money.
Traded in my old phone and got a bigger payout than what i was planning to sell it myself for. This company does not low ball you and they give you an honest quote on what the phone is really worth. They saved me the hassle of trying to sell it myself. Their process was so easy. They send you everything you need to ship your phone to them. Highly recommend!
My only regret is that i don't have more items to sell. An overall excellent experience. I received higher than expected compensation for my items and the customer service was wonderful. I will definitely use TechPayOut again.

Easy enough process on website, but make sure you take a ton of pictures of your product prior to sending it. I learned the hard way and did NOT get what I was owed given the definitions on their website for “new in box”. Sucks but Metro “POS” phone so just happy someone would buy it. My advice is stick with Decluttr....
TechPayout is AWESOME! I have used them several times and recommended them to friends and family. Each transaction has been flawless. I have always gotten more from TechPayout than the other sites offer. There are a lot of "buy back" sites out there but I will always come back to TechPayout!
