The computer classes although unable to provide a full 2 years of pure programming experience, are able to provide 1 year and 1 semester as well as an Engineering Design and Development class for a semester which if you choose you can do something involving programming. All these courses helped me so much towards COD credits and making A team is a great award that highlights students who actually try in class. If you need classes theres no reason to not take this opportunity for such a small fee compaired to collages. There are so many courses and so many opportunities to be had! Honestly favorite part of my day at school. Plus bus rides give you some free time on homework.
I am a former student of TCD! I participated in the culinary arts/hotel management program. I absolutely loved my time spent here. I learned from the absolute best instuctors. I was a AM student while attending TCD. It was the best experience of my young adulthood being a student there. I met some amazing classmates while being at TCD! Over the years I've held down multiple pre cook jobs and front desk jobs. I definitely benefited professionally by taking a class in culinary arts and hotel management. I wouldn't have been so knowledgeable now about cooking if I didn't get the opportunity of being a student at TCD! It was my true honor being involved in such a great technical school. Thanks
I enjoyed my time while I was here a few years back, but man is the female culinary teacher is rude as hell! Regardless if it's tough love or not she has no respect for anybody. Wouldn't be suprised if somebody jumped her.
Cosmetology student first year is going really well I love my teacher the only bad things is that some of the teachers are more strict than others and I have had classmates pulled out of class to have their bags checked and for pat downs I lucky haven't had it happen to me but it doesn't make up for the factor it happens. Tcd gives me somewhat a break from digital work of course we get homework and a test every week but it's still a big thing to be able to do hands on things there are subjects that can last a bit longer than others.
We have a history together guys; I was an alumni from 1993-1994 where I had started out with taking Radio TV Production then Graphic Design back when you were D.A.V. E. A. even when you rebranded i was trying to figure out what happened to D.A.V.E.A. then when learning you became the Technology Center of DuPage -- then annexed into College of DuPage. I was wondering if you have our old certificates from when were there in the 1990s [being when you went to D.A.V.E.A. you ended up completeing upon graduation of high school too.] Because of D.A.V.E.A. I almost graduated six months early.
Wish I could give it a zero star review after today being a student attending 2 years there I had gotten pat down searched by new principle administrator. I have never felt so violated in my life I will never live this down.
They were slow and inefficient government for the new welding program. They dump bad students into the class whenever they feel like it.
I would say this was one of the worst schools I’ve been too. There are rude teacher and the Principle is also rude.
Great little coffee shop. My daughter and I needed a place for a girls day. Inside is really cute and they have an outdoor area as well. She tried the sweet crepes and I had savory. They were so good! She also had a smoothie and Danish. I tried a cof
Celebrated my birthday with them for breakfast. Our server Danielle was outstanding. I am always impressed when the staff knows the menu inside and out. We had crepes, corned beef (house made not from the can), eggs, potato's and pancakes. The foo
I was in the area to visit a friend. After seeing a couple pictures of the food online, I decided to check Dunkleyâs out, and Iâm so happy I did. This place is warm, inviting, and has great energy. The drink and food selection could please just a
Just had an awesome dinner with our family here. Delicious food. Amazing service from Antonio and crew. Team effort for sure. Everything we ate was delicious.
Felt like we were in the city. Great atmosphere.
The course is beautiful and does not play overly difficult. The bat & restaurant are very nice. The patio is stellar and I can't wait to get back with my wife. I should have taken more photos. The pulled pork shoulder sandwich with fries was very goo
