Used car salesman of laptops. Responded to Johns listing on Craigslist for a refurb Dell laptop for my son. Looked in decent shape visually (not knowing what exactly to look for). But after getting home and comparing the specs to his listing they did not match up. Different processor (huge price difference), battery life very poor (well it's an old laptop so I get it), several keys didn't work (buyer beware but really the seller should point that out) Listing says 100 day warranty and assumes some level of costumer satisfaction. I have texted John multiple times and have not gotten a single response. He got my money so that is on me I guess. This guy presents himself as a business owner and it's funny that the website catch phase is "always a step ahead". Other than his website looking like it was built in the late 90s the only step ahead is misrepresenting his computers. Don't buy for The Technology Center
