I highly recommend "Tech by Dale" for any and all IT management and issues resolution. I recently met Dale as he visited (yes - a house call) to fix a hardware problem I was having with one of my business computers. He promptly took care of the problem (at 1/2 the price other vendors were offering). Dale then went TWO steps above and beyond by correcting a system wide search engine issue AND provided guidance on system upgrades for one of my computers - all at no extra charge. Incredible experience!!!
I cannot "sing their praises" high enough! Dale & Dan go above and beyond serving us. Thankfully after we started with them, I've had minimal issues (mainly connectivity or computer delays - on my end), and they resolve them immediately. In business, we cannot afford downtime, so partnering with them was a simple choice. There is also a peace of mind knowing my equipment is secure & my business is under surveillance with high quality security. If I could give more stars, I would.
