I fully recommend Technocality Inc after using their services last month. This highly experienced company designed and installed a customized surveillance system that checked all the boxes! After observing the entire process, I am very pleased with the installation and outcome of this new security camera surveillance system. I first contacted this company a couple of years ago to assist with a wireless mesh system for our home and to adjust some outdoor cameras. The owner Joe and his technicians were very responsive and did an amazing job. However, ever since then, I have contacted them on multiple occasions for troubleshooting issues and/or other projects and I never get a return call. I am not sure what the issue is, but I definitely don't want to use a company that does not follow up with a customer request. If you are looking for a company that is not one and done, this company is not for you! UPDATE: It's amazing what a Google Review can do!!! Shortly after posting this review I received a call from the owner, Joe (literally minutes). While I appreciate the call, it came 6 months after my initial request for service. He explained that their company does 95% commercial jobs and this slipped through the cracks. If that is the case, you should not advertise as being able to provide residential service. Stick to your commercial jobs and let the "little guys" find someone else who will provide reliable service. As the saying goes, the follow up call is "a day late and a dollar short!" Good luck with your commercial clients!!!
