Technical Services: TSI - HVAC contractor in Palmetto - 651 17th St W Unit K, USA

Rocco was our Service Technician and he did a thorough and detailed inspection of our system. On the outdoor unit, he removed the cover and vacuumed out the leaves and cleaned the fins. He checked all the electrical connections, and took pictures of the system. He went into our attic space and inspected the air handler and replaced the system filter. He inspected the duct work and found it to be intact. He recommended some additional insulation to increase the efficiency of the air conditioning in our living space. Rocco was friendly and professional. I highly recommend TSI for your A/C needs.

This review is a long time coming. We have used TSi at our home and then within a week at our business. Both times were an emergency, and they came right out. My neighbor told me that they were who I needed to call, and boy was she right. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and their service. Ramiro, our tech, was so knowledgeable and kind. If you have any need for their technical services, don't hesitate to call them. Very highly recommended!

I Highly recommend TSI they are a great Family owned business. They have been maintaining my A/C unit for 6 years. I sign up every 2 years for there maintenance. They come every 6 months to inspect clean and make sure everything is working properly. Ashley in the office is wonderful, she called me to remind me that I am do for service. They are very accommodating and trust worthy. They have a great crew of Technicians, just had Ramiro out to service the unit and he was super. They go through the whole system and show things to you and explain and answer any questions. It takes about 1hr.. I trust TSI they so far have kept my unit running smooth with no issues.

Installer was very courteous and thorough. Have been a customer for 4 plus years and have recommended to lots of folks who love their service as well. Always timely, remove their shoes, and report all their findings. When asked questions they answer with no hesitation. Hope to be with them for many years. Last fellow even took pictures of ducts to show how clean they were. 5 Star service.

Nick was very professional and informative. He didn't try and sell us on things we didn't need for our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough in explaining the issues with our unit and taking care of them at a great cost. Nick was awesome! Thank you!

Technician (Gabriel) came on time for appointment. He was very polite and professional. As we started to go through the check point list he took the time to explain what he was doing to give me a better understanding of what is done on a maintenance call. As we were going through the list he did find some little things that he felt should be attended to. He took care of anything he found. There was one small issue as the A/C system wasn’t draining. I called and he came back and took care of issue. I was impressed with the way Gabriel worked and I did purchase the Maintenance plan because of him. He is definitely a plus for your organization . A/C shutdown on a Saturday evening. Placed call for service that night and the technician showed up first thing Sunday morning. Problem was identified as a clogged A/C drain and problem was promptly solved. Very pleased with both promptness and quality of service by the technician. TSI is a high quality company and I highly recommend their services.
