My interaction with TCI ended extremely unprofessionally, with Jack Murrin completely ghosting me after having set a specific time frame to expect to hear from him. After two weeks of trying to get ahold of Jack even for as little as a “they moved on in the hiring process and you were not selected” to no avail, I cannot recommend this placement agency to anyone.

At one point tried to cut my pay 25%and make it retroactive. Prior to this I was working on a pay raise for drivers that was requested by the client. TPG higher up was fighting it. The client want to give a pay raise all TPG had to do was sign paperwork and they were fighting it, even though it provided more money for them as well. It was same higher up that wanted to retroactively cut my pay.

I was contacted by a recruiter from this agency on June 8, 2020. I made repeated attempts to contact him back until June 10, 2020. I received no feedback nor was I able to contact him. Disappointing.

Amazing company with amazing staff. Worked for them for 3 years hated to leave but had to for personal reasons, nothing to due with the company. Always helpful, great opportunities and care about their employees.
