Highly recommended. My laptop kept giving me error issues when trying to start up. I called Best Buy and HP and they both quoted me outrageous prices. I searched for computer repairs in my area and crossed my fingers. I stumbled upon Technesia. I made an appointment and received a response to bring it in for a diagnostic review. I met with Dan the owner/founder of Technesia. He was very kind, professional, and honest. He was able to fix my laptop with ease and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. He even did a status check-up a few weeks after to check on how my laptop was working. I recommend this place to anyone. I will be going to him from now on when I have an issue with my electronic devices. Thanks so much Dan!

Dan has been repairing electronics and computers for 15 years. My wife's laptop hinge was breaking, and I texted Technesia at 5pm on a Friday.. Dan, the owner, got back to me quickly - less than 5 minutes later. We brought it to him to see what he could do. He gave us a very reasonable estimate. In 2.5 days he fixed it, and charged the estimated price! He has a lovely cat named Gomez who in in charge of greeting customers. Dan is very friendly and has a relaxed manner. Highly recommended! 🎉

Absolutely stellar service! My 12 year old Macbook Pro wouldn't turn on and was beeping at me, so I gave Technesia a call. I was able to bring it in same day and Dan was able to get it up and running again! Dan was very professional and friendly and explained everything that needed to be fixed in language a non-computer person could understand. Super grateful for his expertise and his very affordable pricing!! Definitely will give him a call again if I run into any more computer problems in the future!!

Dan diagnosed my laptop with a faulty mother board. Due to the cost of the replacement I decided to buy a new laptop. Brought my broken Nintendo Switch by as well for Dan to look at. Dan fixed it for a reasonable price and very fast. I highly recommended him for all your electronic repairs.

Dan was awesome! He saved me from a lot of confusing stress! He was very responsive with excellent communication and professionalism. I drove to two hours and he was very understanding on my traffic hell. lol. I will definitely recommend him and will be back!

SO impressed! My laptop unexpectedly wouldn't start up and at first I took it to another repair shop (which I won't blow up here by name, but they are across from World of Animals Rittenhouse). They had my laptop for a week with NO communication. Every time I called, they either said "Tomorrow" and rushed me off the phone, or gave me the runaround about some part they needed for "diagnostics." After a week, and finally being told they had to wait for a DIFFERENT part that would arrive in "about 3 days" I told them I was just going to come pick it up. A friend recommended Dan, and in less than 24 hours he had it fixed, and for a great price. For the record, the board needed to be power cycled, no extra "parts" required! HIGHLY recommend!

Incredibly reliable, really easy to reach! Dan was super sweet and understanding through the entire process of fixing my gaming laptop! His little office is nice and he very clearly knows what he's talking about. When you finish a service with him, he sits with you and has you test everything in-person, which was suuuuper reassuring. He even keeps contact with you afterwards to check in and make sure everything's still working well! Even the pay was super super reasonable/fair! 10/10 would reccomend!
