Our company has had Tech MD for over 6 years. They have consistently failed when we have computer issues. The team is not knowledgeable and has never been able to fully resolve issues. This last issue with Tech MD has taken 3 days to be resolved and is concerning emails, which is a high priority. I would not recommend this company.
TechMD is terrific. Their response to any technical issue I have with my computer is always quickly resolved. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and efficient. I worked with Natalie today and she was able to quickly get my Bluebeam software up to speed so that I could collaborate with my coworkers. Thank you! A++++
Tristan was so helpful today fixing the issue I had with a special file. It was a very complicated situation and he was even able to reach out to a colleague right away who could help him figure out the issue. He fixed it in a timely manner and even explained what he did and why it wasn't working. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendliness!
Glenn did a great job jumping into someone else's open ticket, quickly analyzing the particular issue I called in about, and proactively helping me with everything that came up on the call. He is reflective of the awesome level of service we have come to expect in over 10 years of working with Tech MD. Thank you!
One of the reasons I love TechMD is the thoughtful, caring, and savvy team I consistently find at every turn.
Recently I was struggling with a seemingly insurmountable problem. I called in late, during their extended support hours, on another issue. The tech who answered, Kyle, helped me with the specific issue I called about, but in the conversation I mentioned my problem in our highly customized ERP system which I knew no one there had experience with. Kyle chose to work later with me just because he was curious and wanted to see if he could help.
I showed it to him along the reason for my despair. After reviewing some of the files with me, he paused and said “wait a minute, I think I may have seen something that would help.” I waited while he worked with it for a few minutes. He came back with a spreadsheet which had a link between the two aspects of my "unsolvable problem" which his linkage totally solved. He literally found the “missing link”!
When I was able to apply it two days later, everything fell quickly into place, and it was humming away perfectly and smoothly!
The TechMD team has always been knowledgeable and savvy, but they are also caring and kind – willing to go the extra mile to solve problems simply out of the goodness of their hearts. I have come to appreciate and respect each member of this team that I have dealt with over many, many years – which is why our firm has stayed so long.
The entire team truly cares and has the knowledge and experience to apply that care for our benefit.
Added note: It has been clear to me for years that the team is only able to be so caring because the management/ownership encourages it. Truly a remarkable firm.
My company uses TechMD for our IT services. Everyone is beyond helpful, prompt, and knowledgeable. We really feel TechMD has been a great asset to our small business and we continually get outstanding service. Brandon comes to our office twice a month to assist our employees with their tech needs and we all look forward to it. He is personable and very helpful. We feel very taken care of as a business and we are very thankful for TechMD.
Blake came today to install my new computer. He was very thorough and even when the job took longer than schedule, he stayed until it was done. He made sure my computer, scanner, and printer were all connected and communicating with one another. He also provided me with a number to properly dispose of my old computer. TechMD is awesome. There customer service is always so great and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely Recommend!!
I've had many communications with TechMD over the past year, and they have been very helpful in resolving my tech-related issues. All of the situations in which I've needed assistance have been done remotely. Once a ticket is submitted for an issue, a representative will get in contact with me and we'll discuss the best time to meet. There have been times where our appointments get thrown off, but they have been flexible in finding a new time. My interactions with various staff have been positive and professional.
Sender is the best climbing gym in the OC! In addition to climbing, Nicola's bootcamp made me super strong. I have been taking her class here for years and I am stoked with this new space.
