A lot of companies claim to be ‘experts,’ but the TechKnowledge team is the real deal. These folks are truly subject matter experts. Their wireless network design is bulletproof, the audio/visual deployment is impressive but affordable, and we were most impressed with their contact center optimization—their recommendations significantly increased our call handling capacity with no change in headcount. And all of this was coordinated with construction of a new office which we occupied with zero downtime. Really impressive!

We used TechKnowledge as a consultant through our architect Gensler for the design of our conference rooms and Town hall spaces. They worked with us and our general contractor to design intuitive spaces for our employees. I have received nothing but good feed back from the users of the spaces. I would recommend them as they are very good at design and helping to resolve design vs build issues.
