Wayne did an excellent job fixing my laptop. I was relieved to hear such a friendly & helpful person on the other end of the phone on a Monday morning after I had messed with my computer for three days trying to fix it myself. He listened to my concern & gave me a couple of scenarios of what could be the problem, then quoted me a price & time range to have it fixed. He met both quotes. Thankfully he was able to recover & reinstall my data (since I had to get a new hard drive) & now my laptop is running smoothly & even faster than before. I highly recommend him. Thanks, Wayne :)
We had an emergency with a laptop that had been hacked and infected. I talked to Wayne then brought the device to to have it disinfected. He had the device back in our hands the next day, spent time with us to make sure everything was in working order, then surprised us with a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend Techie at Large.
