I’ve been a customer here since 2020 and Ray has always my trust when it comes to my tech issues. I have brought him a couple of computers. He’s very quick with his services and very knowledgeable. If you have any problems with your tech, he will always do his best to provide you with the best service and won’t let you down. I Highly recommend him

Very happy. I dropped my phone and broke it. The display would not come on and Apple said it could not be repaired and needed a display to be able to back up anything. They turned me away with a brand new $1000.00 phone that they weren't even able to activate because I am with FirstNet. Panicked,, I called TechCare and spoke with Ray (So doggone pleasant) who listened intently to my dilemma and said to bring the phone by. I arrived and he was polite, professional, explained things easily, sorted out the issues and said, "Let me try!" Two hours later, a screen in on, with a display and he is transferring all of my data to my new phone. The Guru in phones (APPLE) turns me away and it turns out that the "real" Guru and HERO was Ray. I cannot recommend ENOUGH! Please see him for any of your data recovery needs. A+

I worked with Ray and Tech Care twice - when my very old PC hard drive needed to data recovery and to recover data from a USB disk on key which I had accidentally deleted. Of course, these situations are very stressful. It was wonderful to work with Ray. Not only was he very calm and professional but he was able to completely recover my data both times - and pricing was reasonable especially considering his time, expertise and effort. While I hope I won't have any future data recovery needs, I can heartily endorse Ray based on my experiences at Tech Care on data recovery!

My Samsung SSD boot drive was no longer being recognized by my PC. Ray was able to recover all the user data including the latest files for several design projects, and I had my files back within 24 hours. The cost was well worth it, given the amount of time that I would have spent re-creating it all. Excellent service, easy-to-access location, would recommend!

My satisfaction with Techcare's service is unwavering. My laptop was experiencing severe blackouts, and I was concerned that it would not be able to be fixed. My laptop's hinges were also damaged because, over time, the flathead screws came out, allowing the laptop to be unable rotate 360 degrees like it is meant to do. But the Techcare staff was very knowledgeable and competent. They identified the issue right away, and my laptop was operating like new again shortly after. Excellent communication was maintained throughout the process, and they even gave me some useful advice on how to maintain the condition of my laptop. To anyone in need of dependable and effective laptop repair services, I heartily suggest Techcare. I appreciate your excellent service.

Skilled and speedy, but most important to me - honest. When he couldn’t complete my requested changes to my laptop (completely on my side, I asked for something that turned out to be literally impossible) he tried every possible avenue and then refused to accept my payment. I will be going to TechCare for all my IT problems and I encourage friends, family, and strangers alike to do the same.

I am so thankful for the service I received here!!!! I accidentally left my external hard drive in the washing machine when I was washing my clothes. As soon as I realized what I had done, I connected my drive to my computer to see if I could access my files. Unfortunately, the drive seemed like it had died. I decided to bring it here and in less than 24hrs. they were able to make my drive work again!!!!! I am so incredibly thankful for their service. Everyone there has such a calming presence too.
