I went to Tech Bros three years ago to fix my web camera for my computer. The associate had told me that they don't do web cameras, but he was still able to fix it. I went back a year later when my computer started having issues and they offered a fair price and were able to resolve the issues. Fast forward two years later and I bring my computer in again. I brought it in having a rough idea of what was wrong with it and they took it in. They called me before they tried anything, for every step of the process. They were very clear, patient, and understanding with everything, especially want they wanted to do, what they hoped it would do, and how much it would cost. Unfortunately the last thing they proposed which would fix the issue, was out of my price range. For context I brought in an ASUS Gaming laptop. The issue was with the GPU which was soldered to the motherboard, meaning to fix it, I'd have to buy a whole new motherboard and everything that is attached to a motherboard. It was out of my price range unfortunately. When I picked it up, I was no charged for any of the testing or cleaning, just the initial diagnosis fee of $69. This was cheaper than any of the other 10 places I had researched and looked into. I'm cheap, so I was looking for the best deal for my buck, and I believe techbros was it. They felt bad about the motherboard replacement being out of my price range, so they asked what I needed out of a laptop and I told them. They were able to give me a discount because of the motherboard replacement being out of my price range. I feel as though I got a steal! Fast forward two weeks later and they emailed me checking in on the PC. I replied to the email saying that I wanted something a little faster. An associate called not even 15 minutes later about the response that I gave. He must have repeated what he could do to improve my experience like three times because I'm not the best with computers, but he was able to help me understand everything. I went in the same day and was able to get a better laptop to fulfill what I was looking for, for a really good price, after he explained things to me again. I also got an antivirus, 2 years of warranty, a free subscription for the antivirus for the future, and a free tune up for the future for a steal of a price! I also asked about building a custom gaming PC, because they do that as well! He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a reasonable quote. I asked if he could send me a components ist at some point so I could send it to my friends in NC that build computers. He not only agreed, but said he could send over a couple different build options, which was awesome! If things work out with the laptop I purchased, I will definitely be back for the custom gaming computer when I have some money to spend. Thank you TechBros!

I have used these guys twice. Both times they did a good repair on two different laptops. Fixed the screen on one laptop and repaired the charging port on the other. It saved me a ton of money. Highly recommended

I am writing this review from my functioning laptop. I broke the charging port on my laptop and took it to a different place and they didn't know what to do and said I could like it with them for a few days while they try and figure it out. Then I took it here and the super nice guy with a pony tail told me that there is actually a second charging port that I didn't know about and all I needed was a new charger. it was super fast and he said I didn't owe him anything. Now my laptop works.

While I've never had a computer repaired here, I bought a screen protector for my iPhone about 6 months ago. My friend gave me a hard time for spending $20 at this store instead of buying from Amazon. Money well spent. They offer a lifetime warranty. I'm on my third screen protector. The guy who works there is always friendly and more than happy to help. When I went in yesterday, he gave me a computer shortcut tip that I couldn't even find on Google.

I have come here for many years, even sending many people and my family here to get their computers fixed. I bought an refurbished computer for my son to use while we were on vacation. They said it was as good as new, and worked great. I bought it and we left shortly thereafter. When we started using it, we realized that the battery didn't charge at all, and that if you unplugged it, the computer just completely shuts off. I got back into the country, and dropped it off to be checked. They said that that the battery was completely dead. So they sold me a defective product to begin with, and because I was out of town working, they wont replace it. I googled it and found that the battery is 100 bucks.....so they deliberately didn't replace the battery and then sold me a defective product. I'm not going back, and I already told my family not to use them. So for 100 bucks, they have lost a longtime customer. I hope it was worth it for them.

I recently went to this place for a computer repair. Eric is very knowledgeable, honest, and highly professional. He explained me the root cause and suggested me to replace the old charger and the CMOS battery. Not only that, he helped me purchase these items with an incredibly fair price and never charged me a penny for troubleshooting the issue. If your PC has an issue and you need a professional tech to fix it, this is the right place to go. You will have your PC back the same day, usually within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this place for any one who needs a computer repair.

I highly recommend this place for all your electronic issues and damage repairs. I recently cracked both the front and back of my iPhone 10 X Max and did not have apple care on the phone. Brought it into Veken who works at the shop and was able to not only repair the front and back glass at a very reasonable price (much cheaper than apple), but was also able to provide me with all the helpful information. I also brought in my Apple MacBook Pro 2018 with the Touch Bar for a case repair after it sustained a major dent. Not only are they meticulous and detailed in their work, but they are also very nice and sincere people. Will definitely come here for all my electronic issues in the future.

Great guy good service. Got my service done and these guys are the best. Helpful and understanding. Bought a desktop. Life savers! Update, had to make three stops there. Only because my desktop and monitor did not make the 2100m drive from Florida. Bought a monitor at Wal-Mart. The monitor was blurry and had "ghost shadows". First I thought I am getting old and glasses bad. They tried to troubleshoot overphone. I returned and quickly found it was bad monitor. Buy new monitor from them. Everything perfect. Zack and Erick are amazing. GREAT SERVICE. Good prices. My go to for my stupidity and issues for now on! I guess us Gen X and boomers need millenials!
