TechBay is a fantastic company! I've been a client of theirs for many years, going all the way back to the old store before he opened up this new location. James (owner) has consistently given me great customer service, fixed all of my computer problems and always makes me feel like a valued customer. In fact, this is the one thing that I really appreciate about TechBay that makes them stand out from the rest. James prides himself on giving fantastic customized service at reasonable prices and will always do his very best to minimize any costs incurred. His "mom and pop store" attitude is sorely lacking from virtually all of the large chain computer/IT companies who only care about gouging the customer and making massive profits. With James, since it is his livelihood, he greatly cares about treating his clients with respect thus ensuring he has repeat customers. Though I've only dealt with TechBay for my personal computer needs (non-commercial), I have two friends who work with other companies (one legal, one mortgage) who have had the same experience with TechBay. Apparently James does great commercial/business work as well, having acted as an IT contractor fixing and maintaining large networks for several businesses in the area. I give TechBay and James an A+. You really can't go wrong with them, and I'm glad I can call myself a long-term repeat customer/client.

Wow!! This guy knows his stuff. I answered an ad from him and he responded right away. My old computer crashed and I was looking for a custom build. He walked me through my options and best "bang for the buck." Ultimately, we found the best option was to repair the old one and improve the performance. Once I got my computer back from Dell, he told me the best components to optimize peak performance. He remoted into my desktop and changed settings on the fly, teaching me why. He is amazing!! When this computer finally dies, he will be my "go-to" for my next computer. Thanks James for a great experience.
