Tech Valley provided shuttle service for my wedding. Octavia was very helpful in arranging details and very fast to respond. All vehicles arrived ahead of schedule on wedding day and my family who rode on the buses said they were clean and the driver was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended!

The Business Council of New York State, Inc partnered with Tech Valley on our Made in New York Manufacturing Bus Tour. Tech Valley and their staff (Trent, Spencer, Jesse, Nicki) were amazing to work with and provided us with a great service. We chartered a 20 passenger bus for a whole week and drove all across New York State. Tech Valley also allowed us to stick custom decals on their bus. We can't express our appreciation enough to Trent and his staff!

Plug Power used Tech Valley Shuttle for a recent day trip for visitors. I only gave them a weeks notice and they were willing to help! The day of when the visitors had too much luggage they even upgraded us to a larger vehicle. They were fast and responsive with all of my questions! Darnell was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be using them again!!!!

I reached out to Tech Valley Shuttle only weeks before my daughter’s wedding in hopes of getting a one way service. To my surprise they replied immediately and the quotes for an 11 and 20 passenger vans was extremely reasonable. The entire process went smoothly. They are very good at staying in touch and making sure you know what to expect that day. Both shuttles were on time, clean and had the most pleasant drivers. I would highly recommend them to everyone, we were 100% pleased with the entire experience.

We wanted transportation for our guests so they could avoid having to book their own ride shares, and Tech Valley made the entire process a breeze. From booking to the invoicing and communication, everything was made easy. Even when one of the shuttles broke down, the company made it right and sent their entire fleet to ensure our event was a success. All guests arrived on time and the departures were also on time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. According to these other reviews my experience is the same as others. I used them for my wedding day and they were AWFUL. My wedding coordinator warned me at my 90 day meeting about them. Her exact words were “oh be careful about them they come up with excuses and don’t show up.” Sure enough on my wedding day at 1:33 pm (they were supposed to be there at 1:30 and are an hour away from my venue) my husband got a phone call saying that the driver had a family emergency and they wouldn’t be able to be there for another hour. I had no way of getting to my venue and my photographer had to drive me to my venue in his pickup truck. I lost over an hour of my photographer, my first look with my father and pictures with my family. It made our entire day late. I never received a phone call after our wedding day for an apology or anything. I called to get my money back and they aren’t even offering me the full price of the car that never showed up. My mother had just called to discuss with them and the owner, Chris was SO RUDE. He basically said too bad that’s all we’re offering, you used our buses coming home and HUNG UP ON MY MOM. She didn’t even get to finish her conversation. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS. The actual owner Trent reached out to my mother and was very apologetic and kind. He reimbursed us for the bus and for an hour of our photographer which was nice of him.

This is the 2nd time I have used Tech Valley Shuttle. We had such great success with the 1st time we used them that we hired them for a loop shuttle for 4 hours. We requested Our driver (kern) He was wonderful. Both occasions were for events for The American Legion Dept of New York. So, they had priceless cargo on board. Our Veterans. Everyone, including passengers were thrilled with the transportation. We will definitely be using them again! & again! & again!! Thank you for making my job easier.

We used Tech Valley Shuttle for my son's wedding and it could not have gone any better/smoother. On time, clean, friendly driver, great communication before and after, and a fantastic value!! I've used the service for personal transportation in the past with great results. I can now say the same for their wedding service!
