Beautiful park in a beautiful neighborhood. Nice gravel path that is 0.61 miles in length and loops completely around. Gorgeous open area and beautiful trees surrounding the walking trail. There are benches around the trail to sit, along with a couple little garden areas. Very well kept and clean.
Easily one of the best parks in Lubbock for running, dog walking, and relaxing. Plenty of shade trees and it's not completely flat like all the others!
All this hype about a great place for picnics, which granted if one would have a blanket and an entire set up, then the location is ideal for a picnic. However, I was searching for a park with picnic tables and this park has 0 picnic tables, but it does have a lot of benches. Wagner Park has covered picnic tables.
Beautiful park in the heart of Lubbock near TTU. Visited 6/3/23. Saw lots of runners, young families and dogs being walked. Lovely green space for the neighborhood!

Great out door park for cardio exercises, romantic picnic s and open range family athletic fun with jogging trail and rest benches. Definitely one of my all time faves, very safe friendly well keeped environment.
Went to the Star watching thing where a few people bring telescopes so us poor folks can look at planets and stars. I did not see Uranus.
I was searching for a park with picnic tables, and like Goldilocks I could not locate a park just right. However, I was opportuned to stumble upon Wagner Park, and discovered they do indeed have picnic tables! Better yet, they're covered picnic table
This is a great park where kids can ride their bikes, people can go walking or running. The playground is nice, but not completely suitable for little kids, they do have little kids swings. We enjoyed going here!
Great place to walk and watch the ducks. Trail has distance markers on wooden posts. You can see turtles pop their little heads up out of the water as well. There's a small playground for kids.
