I came here with 2 laptops needing repairs; my 5 year old Macbook Pro suddenly had a pink broken screen, and my 3 year old Microsoft Surface's hard drive unexpectedly crashed a few months ago. Edisson instantly knew what to do with each computer to get them both fixed for me. Just over 24 hours after dropping them off, he called me and said both of them were ready to be picked up. He put a new hard drive in my Surface computer, and had to overnight a new screen for my Macbook (and also did some software updates for me). Highly recommend his expertise, professionalism, and fastidiousness with getting my business lifelines back in order! Thank you Edisson!

I took in my ThinkPad 13 because it would not boot up. Edisson checked it and confirmed that it was, indeed, dead. He said that it would need a new motherboard because the graphic and video cards are built into the motherboard. He quietly discouraged me from having this done because the cost would likely make replacing the computer a better choice. While he gave me bad news about my computer his personal and professional manner assured that I would see him again with any future computer or phone problems.Iain Edisson came through with prompt and professional service and a friendly and helpful manner. Highly recommended This is now my third review of Edisson and Tech Solutions in East Hampton. I dropped my LG V50 and cracked the screen. Edisson obtained the replacement screen and installed it promptly. Once again I am very happy to have him to take care of my devices. Consider this another 5-star review!
Horrible experience. Paid $65 for them to replace my iphone battery with a part that apple doesn’t recognize and that is now completely degraded 3 months after purchase. Avoid at all costs
