Had an “emergency” broken screen making the phone unusable and a bad battery. Tech Savvy gave me a great price and was able to do it same day. Walked in, dropped off and picked it up about 45 min later…15 min earlier than expected! These guys do great professional work! Highly recommend!

I brought my computer in for water damage, not hopeful that it could be restored. Not only was it restored, it came back faster and other issues I had been experiencing were resolved as well! Best Buy wanted to send it away for three weeks. Tech Savvy did the work in less than one week. Highly recommend!

So impressed by the speed, quality, and professionalism of the Tech Savvy team. A little pricier than my last repair company down in the Galleria but worth every penny. They even gave us a range of repair options at different cost points. As for the actual repair, well see for yourself. Came in with an iPhone with a smashed back cover and a screen glitch that wouldn’t allow me to turn the phone off. Had to leave it on constantly. After repair the phone looks, feels, and functions as good as new. If it weren’t for all my apps and data still on the phone I would have thought they simply switched phones! Between the new parts (new rear cover and new OEM screen) and the repair itself (less than 24 hrs turnaround time), we spent just under $300. Based on other quotes I got, this was a competitive rate and again, with their professionalism and quality, it was well worth the value. Thanks again for a great experience.

Tech Savvy saved another laptop of mine, again. I have used them multiple times and each time they have worked miracles. Plus, the price is always reasonable. Top notch work and good communication during the process. I can't recommend them any higher. Perfect.

Paid $300 for a screen repair (S22 Ultra) back in May. Midway through August, and the screen is coming out of the frame and caused a crack. Screen is otherwise pristine, and the crack is obviously due to the shoddy installation. Manager, Ray, has declined to replace it. Warranty period is 30 days, and the repair barely lasted 60. Not good enough for $300. Find a repair shop that replaces the frame and the screen, and you won't have to deal with people who would rather give excuses than good service.

My charging port was intermittently working. I brought it to Tech Savvy and they fixed the port and said, if for some reason it doesn’t work within the next 30 days, to bring it back and they will put the repair cost towards a new port. Great customer service and repair took under an hour!
