Ryan was extremely prompt and professional in communication. He took the time to research my issue (broken laptop screen) and advise me of the cost and implications to repair an older computer vice purchasing a new one. At the end of the day, we determined it would be a better decision for my situation to purchase a new laptop. So, given that he made no money through our correspondence yet, still took the time to thoughtfully advise me just shows his character, integrity and dedication towards customer service. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone as he isn’t going to take advantage of anyone just to make a buck. I was extremely impressed by him in every category. Thanks Ryan!
Outstanding service and price. I had a laptop that needed to be wiped and reloaded with an OS. Ryan knew exactly what to do. His work was quick and best of all, I didn't have to wonder what was going on. His communication was outstanding. I received several text messages from Ryan with updates. I would definitely go back.
