Leah delivered a Chromebook to my house and helped get it all set up. She showed me some tips I didn't know even though I have used a work Chromebook for 2 years!

Leah gave me a very good introduction to my Chromebook! Looking forward to her coming back. And I welcome the challenge of learning a new system.

Virtual reality blows my mind in many respects. But when I entered into virtual reality and played a videogame with some of the guys at Tech Pals, who are very generous and kind to get me started from scratch, I got to the point of having the feeling that I did not want to get out of there. It's fun!

The technician that helped me was Leah. She arrived at t.he agreed upon time and answered all my questions about OneDrive. She transferred my documents from 3 machines to the One Drive and wiped the old hard drive. Then she set up automatic back ups to an external hard drive and the OneDrive. Leah also set my iPhone so that pictures I take go automatically to the One Drive.

Our household is extremely grateful for the incredible life support and tech support from Leah and her team. Our computer resources were literally leftover from the last century and now we can do all of our online business and communication with a reliable laptop Kudos to all who make this essential program a reality.
