Tech Medics - Electronics repair shop in Leesburg - 10401 US-441 #316, USA

My phone had a battery issue and came in to this store and told me it apparently swelled up. They went ahead and ordered replacement parts and came back a few days later. Got my phone repaired within an hour. Would recommend this. Thank you Tech Medics!

Ray was there for me when I needed him. He is professional and courteous. I needed the glass repaired on my android phone. I called ahead and he ordered the part without having me drive out and give a deposit to make the order. The other chain repairs stores don't even do that. Plus, I was in an out within a half hour and at half the price. Don't bother with those chain outlets (esp.the ones in Walmart). The don't understand the concept of customer service and Ray at Tech Medics does. It worth the drive to Leesburg for this service.

Dropped my device off on Wednesday And was told I would get word by Friday. Called at 2 pm Fri and was told it would be looked at that afternoon. They're open sat and sun and after messaging today(mon) still haven't heard a thing.reviews do not reflect my experience deeply unsatisfied, keep your word or work at McDonald's. So here's an update. that teus eve i left this review not 5 min later i was told that due to my negative review my paid service would not be finished.and a repair i made prior was desoldered and no longer any good.ive been in business my whole life and never seen anything like this.i'm beyond angry. go there at your own peril

Convenient and quick. I did not realize how bad my phone screen was until it was fixed. Glad I went! The store is INSIDE the mall. Use the main entrance to the right of the Belk entrance. Plenty of parking.

I had a great experience at Tech Medics in Leesburg FL. He knew right away what needed to be done with my iPhone 12 Pro. He was beyond friendly and willing to help. I would highly recommend.

I called everywhere looking to replace the cracked screen on my Galaxy J7 Crown and everyone told me they could not do it as they do not make them anymore. I was in seeing someone I know who owns a business in the Lake Square Mall and mentioned it to him and he told me to go see a new business in the Mall Called Tech Medics . I was hesitant due to what everyone else said but I tried it and after handing him my phone he found one withing 10 min and ordered it and he had it in 2 days and only took about 20 min to install the new one and the phone looks new now ..All at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him to everyone

I was extremely pleased with the service. My phone was beyond repair but they tried their hardest to fix it. We will be back in the future.

Ray was awesome to deal with and gave us great customer service. Part was on time and he got the repair done quickly. I would recommend Tech Medics for any repair.
