Tech Mafia has provided the IT Support for my employer for many years (at least 7, probably more). Elliot and Alan are very quick to respond with all of our issues ranging from basic computer challenges to a true emergency that could have left us stranded for days without their aid(the server was restored within hours). They've been helpful in guiding our small businesses computer and technology needs - can't recommend them highly enough!

I am an accountant, and after I couldn't access a file that contained my clients account information, I was told by a so called expert that I had been 'hacked' and the file was stolen. This was after over 7 straight hours on the phone or chat one day, and 4 straight hours the second day. I was desperate and thought I was going to lose my business. Needless to say I had no sleep and was preparing mentally, on how to reach out to my clients and deliver the bad news. Then I remembered a person who did IT for a company I worked for years ago, he was the best I had ever worked with and could solve any issue that ever came up, no matter how difficult. I reached out and within 30 minutes - the problem was solved. My initial, desperate email was answered within minutes, and contained a cell phone number, telling me to call when ready. I spoke with 2 people, who were both extremely kind and very patient, putting my mind at ease and calming my extremely fried nerves. They explained everything in great detail, and let me know that I was actually doing everything correct as far as protecting my clients data. The problem was not caused my malware or hackers and they were able to explain what had happend all the while kindly explaining every step they were taking to fix it. I can not fully put into words the extreme gratitude I have for the amazing work they did today. I went from an exhausted mess, in tears honestly, thinking I was going to lose all my clients, to a relieved, reassured and confident business owner in the space of about 30 minutes. I honestly can not thank them enough. It can be emabarssing not to fully understand what you've done or not done - or all the I.T. jargon, but they were so friendly and helpful and never once were condescending, just kind, friendly and efficient. I seriously cant thank them enough.
