Matt was able to take my computer in at 8 PM, and return it the next day all fixed. He was super responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. He communicated all the issues with the computer, and how he fixed them, very well. He even ran stress tests for my computer and cleaned out the dust to improve the thermals!
