I recently experienced a level of problems with my laptop computer that I was not equipped to deal with. A friend recommended Dc-Technology to me, so I reached out to them for help, and I am VERY glad that I did! Nate Dieter, the gentleman who worked on my computer, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about technology; after talking with him, I feel like I’ve taken computer classes! Nate does very thorough work, is highly ethical and charges very affordable rates. Customer satisfaction is his top priority; he made sure that all of my questions were answered and that my computer was working as efficiently as possible, even making some suggested changes that I was unaware were possible to make things more streamlined.
