We love Tech Doctor. They are very responsive with our IT needs. They are very kind and don't mind us asking dumb questions. If we have a problem that is urgent, they help us and get us back on track very quickly if not immediately. If we have routine things, they respond in a very acceptable time frame according to our contract with them. We have used them for 7 years and will continue. Thanks Tech Doctor.
Gone there twice for my PC. Overall good experience. First time they fixed the issue, but they forgot to put one of my SSDs back into the PC. It was empty anyway and it was my fault for not notifying them as soon as I noticed it was missing, so I don't see it as a big deal personally.
(I went for months without saying anything about it because of social anxiety so that's on me. If I had told them as soon as I noticed, they probably would have corrected the mistake easily.)
Second time they replaced my network adapter, they diagnosed the PC and ordered the part within the same day and I got my PC back a few days later. Working great now!
Very fortunate to have a tech repair place a few blocks from my house and they do good work!
Everyone at Tech Doctor is friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable. They always respond quickly and explain their steps in a manner that non-computer savvy people can understand. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tech support.
Brought my 17 inch computer in to have the screen replaced, unfortunately HP is not making those replacements yet, thankfully Miles was able to turn off my screen touch and update my computer for me. If there were a ten star rating Tech Doctor would have it.
I had an amazing experience with them. My screen on my laptop was cracked. It only took a week for me to get it back from them and most of that time was waiting for the replacement screen to come in. My screen looks great! The touch screen had been glitching for years but now it works perfectly. I have no issues with it. I recommend them fully. They'll get the job done!

6 stars out of 5 possible! Highly recommend this computer repair in Greater East Texas. Excellent rate of 55 per hour in their shop. They only charged me for one hour of labor time to transfer my data files from my old “fried” laptop which would not even startup… and Taylor showed me how to download my apps later to save money. I found Tech Doctor on Google and read their reviews on Yelp. Miles had awesome Yelp posts, but Taylor was assigned to me and he is also very tech knowledgeable and easy to work with. The cat spilled water on my laptop so I ordered a new one. Taylor was honest through the whole process…he said on the phone I likely need to buy a new laptop because likely mine was fried (indeed). He followed up the next week while my new laptop was being shipped. I took my old laptop and new laptop to their shop. I was going to leave them for overnight file transfer, but Taylor asked if we could take a quick look and check it out. One hour later he I was out the door with transferred files to my new laptop! Wow. Taylor texted me again two days later to see if I needed any more assistance.
I recently bought a computer with the help of Tech Doctor, and had another "glitch" repaired by them. I was very pleased with both. Service is very complete and speedy. The personnel were polite and professional, as well.
Very family friendly gym. All ages and abilities there. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. My wife and work with a personal trainer Sam Brown who has really helped us see a difference in a couple of months.
