This is the type of place poor people eat at, and the reason they die early. This is a filthy little diner that gives off soup kitchen vibes without the cleanliness. The chicken fried chicken had me sitting ’ and sh1ttin’ for days. Unless you’re trying to extract contraband from a prisoner, don’t eat here.
Great food. The place looks run down, but it’s also homey. Loved it.
It was my first time in this particular Tech Cafe. I ordered the bacon hamburger with tater tots. It was loaded and very good. I was only able to eat half and took the rest home. I would recommend this place to anyone. The service was great as well and prices are very reasonable, especially for the amount of food you get! We were very satisfied overall!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻😊🌞
I was a little caught off guard when I first walked in. Definitely what I'd call a hole in the wall Cafe...... But to our surprise the food was actually really good and our server Elly was as sweet as they come, May the Lord bless her in every way.. There was 3 of us and we all left happy. Definitely would go back.
The owners kicked a lady out in a wheelchair. I'd you are abelist, you shouldn't be open. It doesn't matter how nasty your food is, you ain't better than somone because they're in a wheelchair and you are not. Just give it some years and you'll be in a chair too, we're all crippled with due time.
Again though, disgusting, disgusting, and also disgusting behavior from the owners. Close the place, replace the owners, or make them silent partners, yet I highly doubt people will still eat here if they keep the disgusting owners.
The atmosphere is about what you expect from a diner. There is definatly some great food here. Fresh is always best. I orded the chili cheese dog and added extras and it was phenomenal. The servers are friendly and it didn't break the bank. First time here and I enjoyed it a lot, will be going back
The owners kicked out a Military Veteran along with his wife due to the fact that she was in a wheelchair.. I’ve been here multiple times but I will no longer be supporting this horrible place. The owners are absolutely disgusting.
There has to be some fake good reviews on here because this place was HORRIBLE!! Would NEVER even consider this place again. Food was average I guess. They charged me $1 for a cup of water (for the cup), $2.25 for a small cup of ranch, all without letting me know beforehand that I’d be charged. They were trying to rush me to pay and got upset when I asked what the additional charges were because the invoice was not itemized, like I don’t need to know what all my extra charges were for. The place was dirty and filled with flies. The owner was very rude! They got me for $60 somehow but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. First time passing through Lubbock too. Smh
Glad that I did stop this lovely cafe!! Special latte drinks were good. We did order breakfast sandwich and avocado toast. They were also good but slight cold. Enjoyed the atmosphere. Loved its design. They were beautiful and creative.
What a great experience. The meals were hot, made to order, and tasted fantastic. I highly recommend the French toast and Western omelet. Each have a unique twist of flavor that is a step above the regular breakfast joint. The waitress was friendly
I've been training at BASE Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for several months now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. The instructors, Gabe and Greg, are not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the art of Br
