Excellent service with very reasonable pricing. I called at opening time to ask about getting a new screen on my iPhone and was told to bring it on down. Had a new screen and screen protector installed in about an hour. Terry was very professional and gave me pricing upfront....highly recommend!!

Just moved to the area and was in need for a new screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro. I went in and walked out with a Matte screen protector (which are hard to find) installed within 20 minutes at no extra charge. I was very pleased. Very decently priced as well. Don’t know if they can be beat for the price and service!
Great service and very prompt. I spilled OJ on my MacBook keyboard, gave me upfront pricing to repair that. Had it fixed the next day. Will definitely go back! Highly recommend.
My son cracked his few years old iPad screen, and I was recommended to Tech By Mr S by a mom in a Facebook group. Terry was very professional, gave us a very great price, and replaced the screen in a few hours that same day. He even warned us about potential issues with the home button due to the crack but my son doesn’t use the biometric features so we were comfortable no matter what. I really appreciate Terry’s honesty. He never tried to upsell us or turn the problem into something else. We will 1000% go back for any of our tech issues!
They are GREAT. Very fair, generous with their time and helped me find a solution with my phone and was not trying to gouge me for money. I would 100% bring ANYTHING phone or computer/iPad related to these guys. They are trustworthy and very experienced! A+
Tech By Mr. S is nothing like formal PC knights. It is ran by DISHONEST employees. I came to get new phone cameras and motor replaced on my iPhone. The tech who worked on my phone said he REPLACED the camera and motor combo. When I picked up the phone the lady checking me out showed me “my old part”. I left the store and an hour later this circle cover came off my phone exposing the camera lens. When it was exposed you can see the tech just pulled off the glass and glued caps on to the camera. I am flabbergasted that a place that was built from honesty and great repairs from a woman and husband pair can be destroyed in less than a month of new owner ship. DO NOT TRUST THESE REPAIRS. Picture added of phone after repair with the lens off after the glue came off. *note: I did get my money back for the repairs not completed. The person running the front end did apologize.
A great resource to have here in the Sunbury area! Ashley was friendly and extremely competent in diagnosing and quickly fixing my laptop malware issue, all as part of an initial consultation (free!). She didn't try and sell any additional and unnecessary services, which is greatly appreciated by a computer novice such as myself. I wish this business all the best, and I will definitely visit again if (when) future issues arise with any of my electronic gadgetry. I can't recommend them enough! Update: my review is for PC Knights, the predecessor of “Tech by Mr. S.”
