Car was in & out in one day. Ran diagnostic quickly and charged me over $1,000 less than a major national car service chain that is nearby. Gave me information on what was wrong with my car with an itemized receipt, and were extremely honest and polite. Was willing to come in before opening hours to let me drop off my car. Would recommend anybody with a European car in or around Williamsburg to at least check them out.

I have a European car that requires extra special attention…in my mind. :). The team at Tech 2 U gives EXCELLENT service! They take care of my baby as if she belongs to them. The owner is customer focused and the gentleman that works on the cars is so knowledgeable. They are honest men and you have the opportunity to approve a quote prior to the work being done. If you have a European car and live in Richmond, Williamsburg, Newport News or Hampton, make the trek to Williamsburg. Tech 2-U will take great care of your car. You won’t regret it.

Just wanted to start off by saying that if there was an option for more stars I would give them to Tech 2-U. I got pricing options from another European automotive shop and I decided to use Tech 2-U over the competition to get my vw Tiguan repaired and I’m glad I did. Not only did I get a cheaper quote, they were more personable and informative on the issue, they took the extra time to coordinate with me a time for the repair so I could get it done same day. As a single mother it means the world for someone to work their schedule around mine for once!!! Jonah and Nathan knocked it out of the park for me and I’m writing this review to help give them the chance to do the same for anyone else with a European car! Thanks again guys! You guys rock!

Every time I need something done they seem to fit me in. Fix or upgrade my original parts is what they’ve done for me. Knowledgeable and affordable are two main things I like about them. Seasoned mechanics that they are. I wouldn’t want to take my car anywhere else! Thanks again guys!

Nathan at Tech 2-U was able to help me when one of my rental vans had issues with a wheel on a trip. I contacted him when he was very busy and he made time in his schedule to get my vehicle back on the road and assure my customers it was safe again for the road. Nathan drove out of his way to pick up parts that were ordered in another town and offered to bring my van back to his shop so that another mobile service could also work on other issues at the same time. Nate did a wonderful job installIng upgraded tow mirrors to my vehicle. He arrived on time and was very professional. He did the job in minimal time and safety checked the electrical mirrors upgrade and made sure they worked as advertised. He also rewired an after market part I installed and made sure it looked professionally done. Great job in hiding and securing the wiring.. I will definitely have him come back to do any job for any of my vehicles. If you want a professional and also very knowledgeable mechanic you can't go wrong with TECH 2- U Mobile Mechanic and Nate.

I have been trying to reach out to this company for weeks and no one has gotten back to me. Every time I try to call the phone hangs up. It’s really frustrating.

Great mechanic! I've been to several mechanics in the area and spent thousands of dollars on a car that was never fixed. He figured out the problem, didn't give me the run around, was affordable and gave me the assurance I needed. Now anytime my car needs ANYthing that's where I go. Highly recommended!
