I have taken two laptop to their office to get them fixed. They are very professional, caring, friendly and understanding people. They explained what was wrong with each computer. I have recommended several of my friends to them and they were happy with them as well. I will not go back to the other company that I have used in the past.

I am also a first timer, but not a last timer. I had a small job for them.I needed a battery installed in a tablet. They did the job perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. The price they charged was fair and less than another place wanted to charge me. Both the people I dealt with were very friendly and you could tell they were in business to take care of their customers needs at a fair price. Don't waste your time going any where else for service on your computer,tablet or phone. John M.

RNR Computers was extremely professional, polite, and timely. They diagnosed my computer free of charge. They then removed all viruses and installed anti-virus software for a very fair price. Someone even came after hours on a holiday weekend for me to pick it up. I will highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer service and they will be taking care of my computers from now on.

Very nice storefront. Store was very clean. I only went in to purchase a used monitor. He had an excellent selection. He chatted amicably and offered advice on another computer question unrelated to why I was there.
