They should ask everyone in line because some people have large numbers and some have small numbers. So when there are empty seats, these security guards should fill the vacancies in a timely manner. This is the best work attitude. But these The security guards are AWOL...and they can't be found at their posts, nor can they be seen working...11/17/23...1300 area...who is lazy...security guards...who are the security guards AWOL? .Who is neglecting his duty as a security guard? Who is being lazy? Security guard… It’s always a security guard… I have more photos to prove it… This security guard is an accomplice… He called another security guard… He is evil One of them...he knew that the security guard he was working with was absent from his post...I took the photo as proof.

Dropped off my truck for a full injector and cup replacement on Monday and got back the following Fridat early. (I told them no rush) Aaron was great on greating me amd great on understanding what the issues were from another dealer back east. He took my concern 100% and took care of the other dealers issue and fixed it. He was very commutative and the mechanic on my truck informed him of other things i needed done but could not afford new parts right now because i jist purchased the truck. The mechanic and him came up with a great solution and i was happy with the customer service and so far truck is running great. Because of customer service i will deffently use them again. Decent pricing on aftermarket parts. Service is subpar. For what you pay, you'd expect faster turnaround times. You'll have to call daily to receive updates on your truck, they won't contact you. They'll miss items on what should be critical inspections, forget to install clamps, leave nuts, bolts, and even your battery cables loose. Go in for warranty, if you must. But triple-check everything before you hit the road.

TEC Equipment is the worse place to take truck for service the will be keep charging you for diagnose but they can’t find the issue for they are future the will make others problem all people should call 1800 - Volvo to fill complain this TEC Equipment need to shutdown all over Las Vegas Portland Oregon spoken, Washington for leveling valve air leak I stop 3 different take equipment the worst place to visit

I had very bad experience with service department.don’t take your truck here you less you want to waste money and time because they will take 2-3 days just to put the truck in bay

I recently took my semi truck to TEC La Mirada for an engine overhaul and spent nearly $40,000 (A fully rebuilt engine from the factory costs about 45k) Eight months later, the truck stopped working and TEC La Mirada refused to acknowledge that there was an issue with the truck, denying any responsibility for the repairs under warranty. It turns out that the dealership lied about the warranty, claiming there was a mileage limit of 100k, when in reality the policy states it is a 1 year/unlimited mile warranty on repairs and parts. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from TEC La Mirada. Asked for the manager 3-4 times, and was never provided with one. They are filled with lies and do not take responsibility for their actions. I was told that the repairs would last for a long time and that the truck would be reliable, but the reality is that a few months later, it stopped working. Not only did they not fix the issue, but they also tried to avoid doing any repairs under warranty. The entire service department is under Ralph and Kevin, who are both dishonest and irresponsible supervisors. I'm sure there is someone above them, but they never let me speak to that person. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are not trustworthy and do not take responsibility for the services they provide. They are only interested in the money and not in providing high quality and reliable services. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this terrible dealership. There is better service for when you buy a phone, car, or a refrigerator than when you buy a $250k truck. Pathetic. Hopefully Volvo company takes notice, and realizes that people will no longer be buying Volvo's due to their service.
