Angelica is the best , most talented, extremely hard working & super attentive front desk representative. Personally, I don’t leave often online reviews, but I felt truly extra grateful as I stay at this hotel, countless of times business purposes over the past few years and appreciate how they go out of their way to try to accommodate my unpredictable last-minute schedule yet. The front desk staff goes above me on for me. I truly appreciate it. Regardless, when I’m in ambassador member or the years where I am titanium, it’s not even relevant because they take care of me not only based on status, but rather based on their commitment, Customer Service for all there guests. The staff are ALL incredibly kind, open, generous with their time, and really helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant are great, and the space inside and around the hotel is really amazing. A perfect fit for a business trip: early walk around the beautiful grounds, early delicious breakfast, staff who kindly help with things like printing out copies of docs I needed, and upon return, wonderful dinner and peaceful quiet sleep in a clean, spacious and comfortable room. Perfect.

I love this Marriott hotel in NJ. Rooms are really nice and clean and most of all quiet. Breakfast at Pancetta restaurant is great and customer service is 10/10! Customer Service was amazing. The only one thing I would adjust is to provide some fresh food during the weekend also at the club lounge. Free car parking

Personally, I do really like this hotel. Rooms are clean, parking is ample, location is great. Service was very nice at check-in. Lobby is spacious, with a restaurant and a second bar. Starbucks is clutch on premises. I can access I-95 and I-80 easily. This is my first choice in hotels in the area.

Great location, easy to get into NYC. Great breakfast and the staff was very welcoming. Room was comfortable with great beds. Really nice "lounge" too with special apps and drinks. Couple cool restaurants super close. Recommend the Pub 101.

Be Aware! This hotel charges $50 for Early Check in before noon and $25 for early Check in before 4pm! And Even for Marriott members! I have enjoyed this hotel for over 30 years and even in the fall 2023 there was never an early check in fee. I gave it 4 stars for the special place it has held for my family. Check in after 4pm was friendly and smooth. The lobby is welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. With competition now across the street, I am surprised by the fee. This is the first Marriott I have encounter with an early check in fee. Please Marriott do not make this a trend. For a hotel with easy access for guests to arrive in the morning and spend the day in NYC, Glenpoint please rethink this change.

We were greeted with a warm smile by Selena when we arrived early, and were allowed to drop our bags in our room that was ready, at no extra charge. We were here for a wedding weekend. Shea, with the friendly smile and red hair, was in charge of our meals and did a wonderful job. Beautiful hotel, large parking lot, FREE parking, big sturdy luggage carts, if you are a Marriott member (it's free and gets you some bonuses) you may get to check in early at no extra charge, free WiFi, friendly staff, big clean rooms, comfy bed, good shower. Freeway entrance is right there. Definitely would stay here again.

Our room was spacious and very clean. Anytime we asked for an extra sheet or towels the service was very prompt and very friendly. When we had dinner at the hotel on the Sunday night, Steve in the lobby and Mae in the restaurant were very polite, very friendly and very helpful. The meal in the restaurant was extraordinary and the service was also extraordinary. I would recommend this hotel.
