TeamLogic IT has been great for us since we switched from another Managed IT provider earlier in the year. The previous provider was unprofessional, nearly illiterate in their own field, unresponsive, terrible customer service, and you could never get in touch with a technician in a timely manner. They even tried to hold all of our legally owned data hostage from us despite all of our many attempts to obtain it, as well as promises from the owner that the data would be provided upon request. All of these problems have gone away with TeamLogic. Trevor accurately represented the services provided by TeamLogic as well as how the transition would go. Ron, Josh, and co. have been extremely knowledgable, timely, and patient with us as we reinvent our technology situation. The response time on tickets is as advertised. As of now, we couldn't be happier with our decision to switch. If you're considering it, do it! TeamLogic has already made our company much more efficient and nimble going forward.
