I can not say much how much I have appreciated TeamLogic IT lately. We are a small Veterinary Practice and had multiple bad experience with our last IT company, for quiet some time actually. Greg and his crew came in like knights in shining armor and made my job and life so much easier. I am extremely knowledgeable about anything Veterinary Medicine, but I refer to myself as technically challenged. I mean, just a few years ago someone was talking about a flash drive and I kid you not I said "You mean like a floppy disk." (Just for context) The great thing about Greg and his amazing staff is they spend time explaining how everything works in great detail. I have learned an extraordinary amount from them the last six months. I wouldn't say I am tech savvy, but I am getting there! With our new website design Greg reached out to our web designers and made sure I was getting training on website design for editing in the future. He did not have to do that whatsoever, but took it upon himself to make sure we were taken care of. Joseph, or "The ghost of Dogwood" as I call him (since he logs in remotely to computers, and I sometimes forget to mention it to my team... they think its a ghost) always lends an ear and helping hand when I have any questions or concerns. He is great! Josh and Christian are also very personable. We are so beyond happy that we changed IT services, TeamLogic IT definitely knows what good communication and customer service is. I highly recommend them!!!

I really enjoy our monthly recap meeting where Greg covers the service they have provided us and plans for upcoming service activities. These meetings help me understand status of my network and computers. I'm very happy with them.
Greg Torosian is one of those rare technical IT guys that can easily explain solutions to complex problems in ways that make sense. He has a very pragmatic approach to simplifying your life when it comes to the frustrating world of tech support. One of the best business decision I have made was hiring Greg and TeamLogic IT.
The hours I have gained back by having Greg and his team manage our IT services and field tech calls from my employees more than pays for itself every month. Gone are the days of googling email or other IT problems for 2-4 hours at a time so my team can stay productive or get back to work.
I bought a company with about 30 employees 2+ years ago and after about 6 months of trying to fix every IT issue (printer not connecting, virus issue, network dropping, files being lost/corrupt, computers way past useful life, software inclulding quickbooks and Microsoft so old they were not supported, bootleg software, no remote access) I gave up and called Greg in. He was able to come up with a phased approach that has allowed my company to get up to date, secure and backed up while working within my budget constraints. Greg is confident enough to make the recommendation he feels is best for your business, humble enough to understand the constraints we run under and resourceful enough to find alternative solutions that still meet our needs when we have had budget vs needs issues.
