We use the TeamLogic team for end to end IT support at our company and have never made a better decision to outsource a core business function. Not to belabor any points or sound like this is a sales pitch but their commitment to quality is outstanding and their care for our business is amazing. Their team is also very supportive and kind. There are many users in our organization that struggle with their computers and the Teamlogic team is very good at providing support without judging. Great company, great people, great value!
TeamLogic has been handling our company's IT needs for close to a year now. We had met with several IT firms in the area and none of them made us feel as comfortable as TeamLogic. Dawn, Mark, and their whole team really care about our technical operations because they know our small business can't succeed without a great IT backbone. Issues are always resolved swiftly, and completely - no matter the size of the problem. Highly recommend!
Previous management Mark and Dawn Kelly were fantastic. They set up my network, etc. and supported it with high quality and cost-effective service. When management changed from Mark and Dawn to the present team, the quality of service plummeted and prices sky rocketed. I therefore switched providers only to then learn the hard way that TeamLogic had actually ‘purged’ all of my data (i.e., passwords, etc.) by accident or otherwise! So TeamLogic was unable to supply the technical data that THEY nevertheless created to my new provider.
TeamLogic’s neglect made it extremely expensive for me, and difficult and time consuming for my new provider, to switch to the new IT provider. TeamLogic barely even helped; they could not help in the first place because of their neglect in purging my data. Instead of an apology I received smug indifference from TeamLogic. They do not seem to care about the quality of their work; rather it seems like a wealthy person merely buying a franchise as nothing more than a revenue stream without any passion, and minimal skill and care. I am saving a lot of money and receiving far better service from a local company instead of TeamLogic.
Dawn and Mark and their service providers of Team Logic IT are a wonderful team for IT needs. They are prompt, knowledgeable and kind. Technological befuddlement and paralysis on my part quickly becomes understood and cured following their work. The computer and software become renewed and more efficient tools for the office.
