Our daughter started classes earlier this year and we can honestly say it has been an amazing experience to watch her grow her confidence, physical and mental strength. Coach Ana, coach Bruna and Coach Steve take the time with each individual to work on their strengths, mentor, coach and connect with them to develop their skills. My son, Arthur, who is 6 started there earlier this year and I have nothing but good things to say about the program and coaches. They teach kids not only martial arts but also how to respect others, important life aspects such as being cordial, not giving up easily, to always try our best, and many others. They also encourage kids to eat well, do their homework and how to avoid bullying situations. It is a very complete program and I highly recommend it.

My two boys have been going to classes at Team Nogueira Bloise Academy for a few months now, and I can already see improvements in their confidence, listening skills and sense of pride in themselves. These coaches are amazing with the kids and they work incredibly hard to instill core values as well as physical health. I would highly recommend their MMA program for kids!

We recently took a Jiu Jitsu self defense class as a team building exercise for our company, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The instructor, Wald is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the art of Jiu Jitsu, and he is able to effectively convey his expertise to the entire group. Wald tailored the class to our skill level and he and Bruna made sure that everyone felt comfortable and safe while participating. One of the highlights of the class was the emphasis on self defense techniques, which gave us all a sense of empowerment and confidence. We also had a lot of fun learning new moves and practicing with our colleagues. The team building aspect of the class was also spot on, as it helped to build camaraderie and trust among our team members. We are loving Team Nogueira Bloise!! I have 3 boys attending, and I can always get them to go! It has been such a fun experience, with more than just physical moves. There is also a lifestyle taught, with a special word they discuss and learn at the end of class. Our work is accountability- such a good one!! Kids are rewarded for healthy eating, bringing friends ans showing up!! Can't recommend them enough:)

We love this martial arts program and so does our son! They’re very clean, great with the kids, upbeat, encouraging, and they take their training seriously. They focus on a different character concept each month which they integrate into the weekly classes. Along with martial arts skills, your children will learn respect for others, for their community, and for themselves. It’s everything we were looking for in a martial arts program!

Our 5 year old son Hunter started here in December. The progress he has made is remarkable! So happy we decided to go with Wald Bloise Academy, we started to see a difference after the second session. They really care about the kids here and work on making sure the kids are performing the moves correctly, as well as making sure all of them are involved. They also work on building character and leadership skills, which I think are just as important. Excellent place to have your child learn martial art skills and feel like part of a family!

After a friend/neighbor highly recommended Team Nogueira Bloise Academy to my wife and I and we had a chance to meet the owners we signed our 5 and 8 year old daughters up. It's been about a month and they absolutely love it as do my wife and I. They are taught sooo much more then the physical side of things. There are taught about honestly, trust, confidence, failing and not giving up, to eat healthy foods (they get rewarded when they do) and so so much more. It's a great positive and reassuring environment. The instructors are all friendly and helpful and know how to get down to a child's level. I (43 years olds) am also beginning to take a classes myself. Great for all ages, we are all very happy to have found out about Team Nogueira Bloise Academy.
