Clean gym. It has one platform (for deadlifts, Olympic lifts, etc.), cardio equipment, a posing area, and a back area with turf. It was not very busy at peak time (4 to 6 pm). The owner introduced himself and gave a brief tour of the place and welcomed us in. This gym has most everything you need. The space is a little cramped, and some of the equipment (dumbbells and barbells) are a little worn, but otherwise, a well-kept gym that looks updated and clean.

I love this gym! I am down here from LA and got an awesome lift in at Advance Fit. Charles, the owner welcomed me in and walked me through the layout. I’ve never seen most of the equipment compared to a regular commercial gym. Every piece is well thought out and curated. Some movements I was doing wrong and Charles kindly helped me set the equipment up so I could perform the exercise correctly. The entire place is CLEAN. From the equipment, to the floor, and the bathrooms. The lighting and temperature is perfect, I could have hung out there all day and did not want to leave. Members working out were friendly and the environment felt safe and encouraging. Best gym I have ever been to. Just show up and you’ll do great. You can’t fail at this place.

Amazing gym! The facility is top-notch, clean, and has every piece of equipment you would ever need. Todd (the program director) was the first person I met and he couldn't have been nicer and more professional. The owners are always present at that gym and Charlie, Sara, and DC are extremely welcoming and helpful to all the members. The personal trainers ARE THE BEST! My trainer (Liv) is knowledgeable, tough, and 100% vested in her clients progress. The entire training staff is always willing to help out, answer questions, and provide guidance. Advanced Fit is an incredible gym and I would recommend them to anyone (Professional lifters, bodybuilders, and beginners).

Far and away the best gym in the area. Staff are world class, not only at running and maintaining a gym but just world class people in general. Whether you are a competitor or someone just starting, this is your gym. I promise you. There is nothing not to love.

Such a great friendly environment with no drama. They don't nickel and dime you for everything. You need changes to your meal plan? They make it right for your and easy to follow right on the spot. Can't say enough about the owners and trainers. All are experts and ready to help judgment free!!!

Charlie and the crew run the best gym on the north side of Tampa possibly the city. Gonna miss those guys, if I didn’t have to leave for work, I’d definitely be a lifer.

I have been going to this gym for a few months now.24 hours, unique great equipment and it is never crowded! You can get an intense workout. Members are really friendly owners are in there working out and keeping the place clean. Amazing environment and alot of experienced trainers are in this gym. If you are tired of the chain gyms phone users social groups and clubs hogging everything and overcrowding! Constantly not working out or it just seems like a dog pony show… Come to this gym all that has been dissolved and great gym for beginners that lift. Even the members who come here you can learn from time to time and very friendly environment

Coach Charlie helps you to get stronger and feel better. His new facilities are fantastic. For those that like to work out before work, there is 24 x 7 access plus showers. It is better than a home gym because you do not have to maintain the equipment or find the space. They have a lot of equipment. It is your neighborhood gym run by good, caring, friendly people that know what they are doing around fitness and nutrition. When I trained with Charlie and followed his nutrition plan my A1C went down in range.
