I took a computer that had not been used more than five times to this shop to have the BIOS repaired or set. When I picked the computer up the motherboard was fried the computer would no longer boot on. I explained to them that I had a log with a thumb drive with dates and times where the computer was booting up to the BIOS up to the minute it was taken to their store the motherboard was fried between dropping it off at their business and when I picked it up. They not only would not work with me they insinuated I was not telling the truth, they refuse to answer a question about the motherboard, and did not want to look at the concrete evidence I have in my possession proving the computer was booting up at the time it was delivered to them. They would do nothing to work with me in any way even with concrete proof to the contrary. Beware
