He accommodated a same day appointment, explained in detail the process, collected samples, conducted an air quality test and provided a detailed report of the findings and remediation steps. I contacted him on a Friday for a last minute urgent inspection and he promptly responded and assisted me with an appointment on a Sunday.During the inspection, he was very thorough and took the time to explain every single step. The shoe covers weren’t necessary - it was cleaning day anyway but, we were impressed & appreciative by/of that lol.
