In regards to the review from Nina R, the person this transaction is referring to is Trey. Therefore they are using a false name. Red flag number one! Now to address this matter…. Trey brought the computer in and left it. He received a copy of the work order that clearly says (and I will post a picture of the actual work order), “All computers left more than 10 days will be sold or dispose of to cover parts and labor”. There is also a sign on the front of the counter that states the same (and I will post a picture of that as well). The day he left the computer we diagnosed it the same day and actually called him and advised him it needed a new motherboard. Trey stated to us, “that he would come the next day and pick it up”. He never showed up. After ten (10) days it was disposed of. We are not a storage facility and he owed us money. His complaint is that we didn’t call him. I did! And I spoke with him and then I spoke with him and his “friend” on a three-way call. He never showed up to get it nor did he reach out to us to discuss his delay in picking the computer up. We do not have time to be a call center and call people every day to remind them. He should have had the due diligence to come get his computer or call us. He didn’t. Further, he never once mentioned paying us what he owed, nor did he mention it in his review. The review was intended to damage our business. It is slanderous and defamatory. Who is going to bring a computer to a repair center and just leave and not call us? He needs to be mad at himself, not us.

Long story short easy 5 star review and I took time to write a small essay. 2nd computer I’ve bought at the best price I could have found besides market place ads that don’t respond. Both times I’ve looked far and wide because I live an hour away from this location it wasn’t the first I saw/my first option when I saw it. They are by far the best option for central Arkansas to get a desktop if you need one ASAP. Not only do they work with you on price, he builds them himself and ensures functionality beforehand. I would recommend calling ahead of time incase he’s sold what he has built; I’ve got lucky both times. He also carries hardware if you have the skills to DIY. The lady that works upfront and answers messages is lovely and very responsive.

It was not verbalized that if you didn't come to pick up the PC within 10 days, they would sell it off. They said "it was on the receipt", but was not verbalized at any point in the discussion that this was a policy. I checked in on it and verbalized that I would be back with the money needed to fix the faulty part, and was not told then there was a deadline either. I was given no warning call to to pick up the PC or take action before time was up, was only called when it already sold off and gone. This is extremely deceptive to hide something on the receipt and give zero warning about this practice. People work busy jobs, and if they had a problem with storage space they should be abundantly clear that they will sell it off, and not even give you 24 hours to pick it up before they sell it off. Edit: The most recent 5 star review is by the owners or staff related to the store, instead of responding to my review as a business properly. In their review, they showed a picture of the person's they are accusing phone number, clearly visible. I contacted this number and the person accused said the owners threatened them with legal action for my review. They also did not deny that they did not verbalize the 10 day policy, they just stated they shouldn't have to. I, and other customers, may have vision impairments that would stop us from seeing text only warnings. Their 5 star review of themselves is against google's rules, under conflict of interest as an affiliated person cannot leave a review, and under the rules against sharing people's personal identifying information. This shows abundantly extreme unprofessional behavior from this company, to legally threaten customers who voice their opinions and manipulate their google standing falsely. They could have responded through the proper channels google reviews offers, but instead worked around them to be intimidating.

We absolutely love this place, bought a computer and monitor set for a GREAT price!!!! My husband works from home and needed specialized equipment with special ports and they did all they could to find what we needed within our price range. We got an awesome deal for a super nice computer for $160. You CAN'T beat that deal. Plus, it came with a 30 day warranty (something a person selling out of their garage can't give you). They are a great company and definitely do their best to meet your needs and they even were able to meet us in Batesville to deliver our computer since we live 2 hours away in Ash Flat. If you need a great computer and don't live close they will definitely work with you.

Absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be coming back for any needs regarding my PC. Very friendly couple they went above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

I purchased a motherboard and cpu from them. I was not aware of the fact that they sold proprietary boards that would not work with normal power supplies. The lady was deceptive and said they were giving me the power supply that came with the board because they didn't want to unhook cables. They specifically avoided telling me that it was a proprietary power supply and that the motherboard would not work without it. The power supply is too big to fit in a normal case. I asked for a refund and they refused, after deceiving me into thinking that they were giving me a power supply just to be kind, rather than because that motherboard would not work without it. I was chatting with the lady while there and didn't realize I was not being sold a normal motherboard and did not realize it until I got home. She refused to give me a refund and did not have another motherboard and cpu to exchange for that would work for me. The lady Crystal is also totally rude and horrible at customer service saying things in her messages like this: "I was not being deceptive I was informing that he was giving you that because It went with motherboard!! (This is a lie, she said that they were giving it to me because they didn't want to unhook it... which didn't make sense because it was unhooked. She specifically avoided telling me it was a proprietary board and power supply) "Anyone that knows computers would have known that’s an Hp motherboard!!" I really wasn't expecting to be given hardware that didn't work with modern computer cases and didn't even notice that it was proprietary non-standard hardware. "When you asked if we had a motherboard you did not specify it needed to be a certain type!! You asked for a motherboard with i7! That’s what you got!!" I was only expecting a normal motherboard, not proprietary equipment that doesn't work with normal computer cases. They totally ripped me off and gave me unusable hardware then refused to make it right with a refund. Avoid this place. UPDATE to answer the owner's wife's lies and beligerance: "In our security camera footage he clearly inspects the motherboard and CPU. After inspecting it, he purchases it. He never advised us that he did not have a normal ATX case. This motherboard and power supply will fit in any ATX case." I did glance at the board briefly but wasn't expecting to be sold a proprietary motherboard that does not work with modern equipment and didn't pay enough attention to notice that it was not a standard ATX motherboard because I was chatting with this lady. She should have made me aware of this, but instead she lied about the power supply as I mentioned previously. And she is incorrect that the power supply will fit any ATX case. I have an ATX case and it does not fit. " All was good until he started cursing us at which at that point, my husband invited him to come talk to us face-to-face. Of course he declined and continued to make his threats and kept on cursing us." I said one curse word. The only "threats" were that I would post my experience in reviews online. This lady is delusional. "Of course he declined and continued to make his threats and kept on cursing us. " "...wants to leave us a negative review after cussing us like a dog. " Kept cussing you? Wow, you are a liar. I said one curse word in the entire conversation when I said you should have told me that the GodD---- board was proprietary and not a standard ATX board. You are also the one who kept messaging me even after I said I have nothing left to say. You even messaged me again after I left my review. You are totally unprofessional as your response here should easily demonstrate to anyone who reads this. Cuss you like a dog? You seriously have mental issues. Here's the last thing she said to me in facebook Messenger: "Lol… love your review. Not even man enough to use your real name. Now sit and watch. Have a Blessed Day!" *Anyone reading this, make your own judgments based upon her response here. No skin off my back. I learned my lesson after visiting this store. Buyer beware.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people. My laptop would not power on, and they diagnosed it as a failed motherboard. Because it was such a simple diagnosis, they didn’t even charge me.

I visited this store for the first time today, and everyone was extremely helpful! They made sure that I had what I needed. I feel like they treated me the way they treated everyone who enters the store. Honest people doing honest work! I recommend this place to anyone!
