Tom is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I had an external hard drive failure and he did everything he could to repair the hard drive. He was quick and responsive. Unfortunately, it just wasn't salvageable unless I wanted to spend several thousands to TRY to get it fixed. I appreciated his honesty and he has definitely earned my trust and my business for any technical support services I may need.
