I ordered Tabouleh and Shawerma plate, which came with a small salad, pita bread, Flafel, and hummus. They were excellent!! The food was really good and filling + very clean!

Searched for healthy food downtown. Very glad I found this. So good and great value. Chicken way better than almost all shawarma I’ve had. Grape leaves for $1 is unheard of, and they were good. Person working was very nice and hooked it up. A+

My visit to Taza Cafe today was quite enjoyable. The food they served was really tasty, and they brought it to me quite quickly. The people working there were really nice and always had a smile on their faces. They had a lot of choices for both people who eat meat and those who don't. I tried two dishes that were recommended – the chicken with rice and the falafel with pita bread. Both dishes were very delicious and left me wanting more. The only thing I felt was missing was options for drinks like soda or juice to go along with the food. Despite that, I had a really good time at Taza Cafe because of the yummy food, fast service, and friendly staff.

I ordered catering for a business lunch and the food was delivered with time to spare. We got the Taza Signature Package and the variety and amount was perfect. Everything we needed was provided, including serving utensils. The delivery person was polite and generous and even tossed in some baklava for us to try! The food was so fresh and delicious. The pita was extra good. I highly recommend ordering their catering packages--great for parties, work lunches or family meals!

We happened upon this restaurant while walking somewhere else. I’m glad we found this first. Friendly service and utterly delicious.

I decided to try Taza after reading the positive reviews on Google Maps. It's a simple cafe style eatery serving various styles of kebab. Not as hot and spicy as like it but tasty and reasonably priced.

Come in for platters , order catering for your office, group order with your office (sharing a 🔗), or even grab a quick dinner after work in the loop ❤️ All the food is made daily by Hamza (originally from Jordan). He gets in about 5-6am before the 10:30am lunch period begins. We got the below plates, all of their popular items that comes with fluffy dill basmati rice (so good!), Creamy Hummus + pita, and a cucumber tomato Mediterranean salad: ✔️ Taza Combo (Chicken Shawarma & Gyro) ✔️ Chicken Kabob & Falafel combo ✔️ Falafel salad Their falafels are the BEST I've had in Chicago so far. 🧆hamza makes 500-2000+ of them daily 🧆They're fried fresh so they're super crunchy 🧆 Packed with flavor with chickpeas, garlic, coriander, spices like cumin, s&p Make sure to get the assorted baklava. We ordered Taza Cafe for our work lunch and EVERYONE commented on how good it was. So fresh and vibrant in flavor. I’m already looking forward to the next time we get it. Excellent job everyone at Taza! The chicken shawarma is incredible and the dill rice was delicious. Highly recommend Taza!
