This place was amazing. My family were on vacation and just randomly stopped here to avoid the franchise and eat local. Don't let the outside appearance sway you, it does not disappoint all the food was fantastic! We enjoyed deep fried goodness, perfectly cooked burgers and smoky bbq done right. The mixed drinks hit right as well, the bar tender read the person he was mixing for correctly. My son had a blast being able to play some pool with his Dad while we waited. We visited during Halloween fun time and they have a haunted wood walk called "Evil Acres" behind the building so decided to try that. That exceeded the expectations as well and the people running it were just the best and obviously love running this attraction. My 10 year old was very hesitant and after they were like we could back it off a little which got him into it, they were announcing him and made it really fun when he finished running through the exit. It gave him the best confidence boost. Strongly recommend all of this.
Found this lovely place by accident and was not disappointed. Theresa was behind the bar and she is absolutely wonderful. She is very welcoming and has a great sense of humor and she is very knowledgeable about the buisness. Very clean, very friendly place. Would definitely return.
First time here and it definitely won’t be the last! Morgan was very welcoming, cheery and personable. We ordered a mushroom Swiss burger and a steak wrap and both were fantastic! Thanks for recommending them Morgan. The food came out piping hot, seasoned well and big portions (to go box was needed). My hubs said the raspberry ice tea was the best he ever had. Morgan provided us with a schedule of upcoming events, a take out menu and an invitation to return. She was an excellent representative for your business!! We will see you again soon Morgan and anxious to try the prime rib and giant pretzel! Bill & Stacy
Great atmosphere! The band Repeat Offenders was playing on the night we went and they were incredible. They brought up the entire place there. The bar staff was also so efficient and kind. Ordering drinks was easy considering the entire was packed. Shout out to Mike Morgan for being a Grade A bartender. You won’t go wrong with Tavern 618.
Stopped here on a booze cruise and had an awesome experience. It's very large and spacious on the inside but at the same time has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The only issue I had with the place is the bathroom seemed small and the tall persons urinal was a little too high for most men.. The bartenders did great for the large amount of people that came in at once and if we had more time to stick around we definitely would have.
Ordered take out from Tavern 618 while on vacation this week. Staff was MORE than accommodating when it came to ordering by phone. Called to see if ordering for take out was an option. Gentleman on the phone said yes. Then text images of the menu right over. Text him back with the order (for 11 people). Ready in under 30 minutes. EXCELLENT prime rib. Cooked to perfection. Au jus was packed with flavor. Potatoes and veggies were not overcooked and mushy. Salad was super fresh. Would definitely eat from here again. New menu being introduced this weekend (6/21/19). *Menu photos not of new menu.
Really like this place. New owner really made some great improvements. Super friendly. Non smoking. Gotta try the lambo wings awesome.
If you are in the conneaut area, this place is a must! The food is by far the best, well beyond " bar quality". Weekly specials and saturday prime rib is excellent! Warm and welcoming for all ages. Night life includes everything from karaoke to live bands. Stop in and say hi to Nick, Mike, or Cameo...you will not be disappointed!
Was fun coming by and seeing the kids. Thanks so much for all the updates. It was unreal the way the Children have started to come into their own. The Management, and staff our above. The normal day MOM AND POP. love and miss you. Richie Thompson.
We came up from Pittsburgh on a Saturday and met a bunch of friends for dinner at Antonio's, the restaurant next door (it's true "foodie destination"). People in the know warned us that the (old) Irish Cove was a dive and that we'd do better elsewhe
I've been here 3 times. Every time I have had a great time and great food. I have had their wings, which were awesome. I had their tacos. They are the American version and really big and the last time their special was hamburgers. The hamburgers are
Pizza Joe's is off the beaten path and has great food! Especially their wedgies. They have an 18 hole mini-golf course that we tried out also. We had a lot of fun. Pizza Joe's is worth checking out. You won't be disappointed.
