Decent food and the service was pretty good.
To be honest, not quite worth the price. The fries were really not enjoyable.
It is a live music venue, so the look and feel of the place matches that, but it is far less impressive without musical acts.
I will say that this place has the most remarkably clean men’s room of any venue I have seen.
From driving in to being seated this is a spot with character. This is the kind of place the expect you to write on the wall.
Tried boiled peanuts for the very first time and although we have nothing to compare to, it was sweet, salty and a hint of spice. All others will be compared to these.
The famous duck confit absolutely should be famous. Flavorful and delicious. The tattooed moose burger was also delicious and a perfect blend.
Our waitress was sweet and helpful.
We would absolutely go back and if you are looking for a fun and casual spot with great portions, this is the spot.
I’ve been here several times since they opened and I honestly love this place so much. Even though the vibe is super laid back the food they serve is amazing. Each time we always get the Duck Club and the Duck Fat Fries. The aioli sauce the fries comes with makes them so good. I also got the soft served ice cream to dip my fries in and that was definitely a great choice. I would recommend either location if you are visiting or living in Charleston 🦆
Family trip out. There’s so much good stuff here, it’s gunna be a long review.. we are So glad we found this place while visiting. Love the location, plenty of parking, it was a nice day so we sat outside. The sweat tea was awesome, service was exceptional, and all of our food was so good. I got the mikes famous duck club, highly recommend this choice. I subbed the home made Cajun pork rinds out for their stew which had a delicious smoky flavor to it from the chicken and pork. We all tried each others food and it was all good. It was so fresh and flavor was on point. the duck fries are the best I’ve had. Ended up ordering a second basket for the group. The jalapeño egg rolls are 10/10, we would have gotten more of them too but we were all stuffed. The chicken tenders were spot on, didn’t even need sauce with them. I wish I had taken more pictures of the food but everyone was going to town on it. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, we were raving about the food all day. Definitely the best spot we have found in our week long trip in SC. Our only complaint is we don’t have a location by us in WV or MD. Check this place out, you won’t regret it. I can’t recommend them enough. We visit sc yearly so we will definitely be back.
This place was amazing! We couldn’t decide what to order so we got a lot. And everything was great. End up ordering 2 extra sides of the pickles- amazing! Must go if you’re staying on John’s island.
Tattooed Moose was on my list of restaurants to try on my first trip to Charleston in 2019. I had read about Mike's Famous Duck Club and Duck Fat Fries being a Charleston staple.
The duck club is truly one of kind, and the fries are so damn good as well. I even love the pickled green tomatoes they include. The flavors are fantastic.
Their atmosphere is definitely divey and "dirty for fun", which has its charm. I brought my nieces and nephew and they had fun drawing on the wall with a sharpie the waiter gave them. At night there's a more bar-like vibe, which isn't the best for kids. Overall a great place, but dining atmosphere could be improved (sticky tables and menus, loud music, old plastic cups).
So good. We stumbled across our on our way to another restaurant and decided to stay. Lucky for us, they had music that day and I love that they have Sharpies at the tables for you to write on the walls around the restaurant.
Our server was great. Good arrived quickly and was delicious! 😋
A great place for kids! They have a lot of outdoor seating and a great beer selection. We got the duck club and the Thanksgiving Sandwich. The Thanksgiving sandwich is great! I also really liked their corn.

Best crossfit gym around! Wonderful community, awesome programming and the coaches are the best. I took about 4 months off from crossfit and came back hitting PRs because of their programming and coaches !

We had a great time here. My husband and I met another couple for dinner at a recommendation from
A friend. We had the biscuits and they had the clams as appetizers which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The ribeye, fried shrimp, and swordfish were also de
The Angel Tree is gorgeous. You should go see it if you are ever in Charleston. It is estimated to be 400 years old, so older than our country. It's not a fancy tourist stop. In fact, the road is rutted and difficult to traverse. There is no parking
A tree that has been here since before our nation was formed. The angel tree belonged to the indigenous tribes and changed hands several times before the city bought it. It is now a tourist attraction for everyone who comes to Charleston. It is defin
Wonderful experience from start to finish. We called ahead for take out and our order was ready right on time. The entire restaurant is clean and well organized. The chicken dinner for two was the perfect size and absolutely delicious. We thought the
